The solution is flexible, easy to configure and can be customized per our needs and time-to-time changes in incentive plans. Xactly Incent meets our HR and legal requirements by allowing accurate implementation of designed plans, audit capability, plan routing and status tracking. It meets the Sales team requirements by giving visibility to goals and credits and transparency to achievements via incentive statements and ranking. Xactly Analytics is a user-friendly tool that allows us to automate and publish various reports on the user dashboard. It provides valuable insights into sales performance and compensation data. It allows organizations to analyze sales data in real-time, have a better understanding of sales performance and make informed decisions. Xactly community portal and university offer an excellent resource for beginners to advanced learners. Monthly newsletters keep the administrator up to date with upcoming changes. My favorites are the email series with tips n tricks and quick learning videos (XUshorts). **What do you dislike about Xactly?** Currently, the default period is set to the last close period, and I hope there is a way to change the period for all tabs in one place. Incentive statements have no search by typing a period. Currently need to scroll through all the periods. **What problems is Xactly solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can route and track the status of the plans via Incent, which helps us meet our legal requirements. Credit and commission results are per our compensation plans, meeting audit and HR requirements. Reporting through analytics meets the sales team and FP&A requirements ### 10.
