SafetyCulture&#39;s corrective actions mid-inspection is the right move, but I&#39;d also want to see how well each handles offline mode. Field crews lose signal constantly. If the tool can&#39;t let inspectors keep working and sync when they&#39;re back in coverage, the team defaults back to paper for backup and you&#39;ve lost the adoption battle.

&lt;p&gt;The most common failure is digitizing the paper form too literally. If a 12-page checklist becomes a 12-page mobile form, the team has not really gained much. The best implementations shorten the workflow, add logic, remove duplicate entry, and make the next action obvious.&lt;/p&gt;
