## WPCRM Reviews
  ### 1. Streamlined Global Project Management with WPCRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alexandros P. | International Project Coordinator, International Affairs, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 15, 2026

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

I really appreciate WPCRM's intuitive contact categorization and filtering system. It allows us to create custom tags and groups, saving significant time compared to manual sorting. The user-friendly layout means every team member can use it without extra training. The built-in follow-up reminders and project timeline tracking are incredibly practical for managing international projects across time zones. Strong GDPR-compliant access control is a top advantage for us, allowing role-based permissions that give us confidence in managing sensitive data. I also like the simple embedded note and record function, which lets me add detailed notes directly to contact or project pages, making later analysis and reporting much easier. Additionally, the simple import and export function for contact and project data is a huge time-saver. We can import bulk lists without complicated formatting, and exporting files is quick and easy. This feature is perfect when compiling participant rosters for surveys.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

First, it lacks advanced multi-language support. We collaborate with partners and survey participants across many European and global regions who use different native languages. The system’s interface and built-in field labels are only available in a single language, and it does not support auto-translation for contact notes or project logs, which adds extra work and slows down information review. Second, its bulk editing capabilities are quite basic. We often need to update status labels, tags or custom fields for dozens of contacts at once. Right now, we can only edit entries one by one, as the tool does not support batch modification in large quantities. This repetitive manual work becomes time-consuming when handling hundreds of global contacts for large-scale cross-border surveys.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WPCRM streamlines global contact management, tracks project progress, and improves targeted outreach. It resolves disorganized contact storage, unclear tracking, GDPR compliance, fragmented records, and inefficient communications, enhancing our efficiency in managing international survey projects.

  ### 2. Intuitive and Time-Saving CRM Solution

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Aditya P. | Data Analyst, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 04, 2026

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

I use WPCRM mainly to manage customer data and keep track of sales activities. It helps me avoid the mess of customer data and missed follow-ups. I like how simple and organized it makes everything. It's easy to use, and I can quickly find the client's details and history. It really saves time and keeps my work smooth. I also like how easy and smooth it is to use, as it makes everything well-organized and saves time. I don't have to search around for information, and I can quickly check what needs to be done. The initial setup was fairly easy, and we were able to get started quickly without any technical help.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

Sometimes it feels a bit limited when I need advanced features or customizations. I would like to see more customizations in report dashboards, so I can track exactly what matters to me, and some better automations for follow-ups and reminder features as well.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use WPCRM mainly to manage customer data and track sales activities, avoiding data messes and missed follow-ups. It's simple and organized, saving time by keeping everything clear and accessible, allowing me to quickly find client details and efficiently manage tasks.

  ### 3. Efficient CRM for B2B Sales, Needs UI Modernization

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nana N. | Account Executive, Real Estate, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 19, 2026

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

I value WPCRM's stability and its focus on practical B2B sales needs. It reliably handles contact and account management, which saves our team time and reduces errors. I enjoy the automation of routine reminders and the smooth integration with our existing email and communication tools. This setup allows our team to work efficiently without unnecessary complexity while providing clear overviews for sales forecasting and team coordination. The centralized system for customer data significantly reduces our administrative effort, minimizes errors, and helps us maintain consistent, compliant processes that are critical to our sales operations.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

There are areas where we see room for improvement. The user interface can feel a bit outdated at times, and some custom reporting functions require more effort to set up than expected. Deeper integration options with common European business tools would also further streamline our daily work.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WPCRM centralizes our customer data, reducing scattered information and administrative effort. It enhances our sales workflow visibility, saving time and minimizing errors, while supporting compliance needs. Its stability and integration with existing tools improve follow-up speed and team coordination.

  ### 4. Tailored for Distribution, Needs Better Report Tools

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emery S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 25, 2026

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

I really like that WPCRM is an industry-specific CRM, designed with wholesale and distribution in mind. It understands our needs with delivery routes, credit terms, inventory, pricing tiers, dealer relationships, and repeat ordering, without needing any awkward workarounds or custom coding—it just speaks our language. The AI insights, called Plaimaker, are really helpful because they actually drive sales by telling us which customers to contact, who's ready to reorder, what to upsell, and which accounts might be at risk. I also appreciate the strong field sales support and mobile app, which lets our outside reps pull up full customer history, log visits, submit quotes, and check inventory right from the road, eliminating the need for paper notes and ensuring no more delayed updates or lost information.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

Reporting is powerful but not user-friendly. You can get deep distribution-specific reports, but building them is not intuitive. It takes training to create custom dashboards, and exporting clean data for leadership can be messy. A drag-and-drop report builder is missing entirely. Right now, you have to select fields, filters, and layouts from long dropdowns in a rigid, form-like interface. Adding a simple visual, drag-and-drop report builder would make it easier and faster to create sales, customer, and product reports.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WPCRM eliminates siloed data and manual processes by providing a single source of truth for accounts and orders. It offers clear visibility into our sales pipeline, helps reps update from the field, and uses AI to identify buying behavior and sales opportunities.

The platform is amazingly user friendly and it can even be accessed with tablets or mobiles, which enables onground staff to use it.

It really helps to get all the user data, be it in the past or present or prospect be collected at a single place which can streamline the usage.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nikki M. | Sales Consultant / Account Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2022

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

It is very easy to use and integrates with our system so that everything flows together seamlessly. You can track prospects, new customer deals, vendor information and more all in one spot. It gives you analytical information on the deals you are working on as an entire company as well as drills down by territory and then individual reps.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

Ours is not set up to see other rep leads nationally, so we cannot use it to see if someone else is working on the same prospect.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows managers to see what reps are working on their progress with each prospect or account deal. It shows which vendors and products are involved, next steps, appointments and the progress.

  ### 11. Simple, effective CRM

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Madhumitha D. | Product Marketing Specialist (Enablement), Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 21, 2022

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

Wordpress is very popular even outside as a CRM for individuals, this gives the product the edge as no one needs an introduction to use it or learn it.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

No complaints, except a few very small items, are difficult to know on your own without a lot of exploring, other than that all good.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used WPCRM to host our blog site and it was easy to use and gave every content writer access and the ability to publish their blogs easily and also manage them.

  ### 14. AMAZINGLY HELPFUL

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 27, 2018

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

This is easy to use and gives you many options to customize to pull the data that is most important to you and your staff. The ease of entering data and notes while on the go is a huge plus as well. Quick glance at data sums up where you are and where you need to be. Targets are clear and concise.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

This is a great product that fits our needs. If there is anything to be said negatively, it would be that the sales breakdown are not categorized good enough. This though, could be a user error when setting up.

**Recommendations to others considering WPCRM:**

This is a great program to have all your sales team use.

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have the ability to see what our sales staff is doing and customer contact information. This is most helpful to me. Knowing that contact was made with the customer and what was talked about helps me to target them for promotions in other areas that may be beneficial to them.

  ### 15. Best CRM decision we've made

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Wholesale | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 13, 2018

**What do you like best about WPCRM?**

WPCRM has much of the same functionality of "top rated" leaders in this space but at a fraction of the cost. It is fully integrated into our ERP and our sales reps have actually thanked us for picking and implementing WPCRM. Features, functionality, ERP integration, ability to price and quote customers real time, ability to create pricing contracts within our ERP, ERP sales data, open order information, customer credit and payment information are all included. The price point is excellent for what you get in a CRM product. This is easily the best decision we've made as a company.

**What do you dislike about WPCRM?**

Not much. Custom modifications can take a little time as they need to allocate custom design work versus new client installations

**Recommendations to others considering WPCRM:**

Buy it!! It is a game changer and it is MUCH less expensive than other top solutions on the market

**What problems is WPCRM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This is the first CRM product our sales reps actually like and WANT to use. Our reps all have access to our ERP via a laptop but they're finding it's easier to get informaiton within WPCRM rather than signing into the ERP. They can create professional looking customer quotes with real time pricing directly from WPCRM and they now have limited reasons to sign into our ERP. Many of the core CRM functions are being handled directly from their smart phones which reduces the need for them to sign into their laptops throughout the day.
