"Tailored for Distribution, Needs Better Report Tools"
What do you like best about WPCRM?

I really like that WPCRM is an industry-specific CRM, designed with wholesale and distribution in mind. It understands our needs with delivery routes, credit terms, inventory, pricing tiers, dealer relationships, and repeat ordering, without needing any awkward workarounds or custom coding—it just speaks our language. The AI insights, called Plaimaker, are really helpful because they actually drive sales by telling us which customers to contact, who's ready to reorder, what to upsell, and which accounts might be at risk. I also appreciate the strong field sales support and mobile app, which lets our outside reps pull up full customer history, log visits, submit quotes, and check inventory right from the road, eliminating the need for paper notes and ensuring no more delayed updates or lost information. What do you dislike about WPCRM?

Reporting is powerful but not user-friendly. You can get deep distribution-specific reports, but building them is not intuitive. It takes training to create custom dashboards, and exporting clean data for leadership can be messy. A drag-and-drop report builder is missing entirely. Right now, you have to select fields, filters, and layouts from long dropdowns in a rigid, form-like interface. Adding a simple visual, drag-and-drop report builder would make it easier and faster to create sales, customer, and product reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
