**What do you like best about WOW24-7?**

Their reliability around SLA adherence is probably the biggest highlight. They are very consistent in keeping first response times within target, which is critical for us. They also run frequent internal QA and provide regular updates, which shows they are actively managing quality and not just handling volume. Overall, they integrate well with our process and are easy to work with.

**What do you dislike about WOW24-7?**

The main limitation is around product knowledge depth, which is somewhat expected for an external L1 team. More complex cases still require internal support, and there’s an ongoing need for training and calibration to keep quality high as things evolve.

**What problems is WOW24-7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WOW24-7 allows us to maintain true 24/7 coverage without having to scale our internal team across shifts and weekends. More importantly, they help us consistently hit a first response time under 30 minutes for all incoming tickets, which would be hard to sustain internally at a reasonable cost. This gives us much better coverage overall while keeping the operation efficient, and ensures customers always get a quick acknowledgement regardless of when they reach out.

I love that WOW24-7 offers 24/7 coverage and phone answering, which is great now that our company is mostly remote. They handle calls from different time zones while we are out of the office. The agents have constantly improved, and the management team addresses any issues promptly. I appreciate their willingness to help us and their agents succeed, including actions like removing agents when needed and promoting agents based on performance. WOW24-7 helped us implement Zendesk, and it works great for us.

What stood out to me the most, however, was their level of customer service - they were always available to answer my questions and address any concerns I had. Nothing as such. Initially, we went back and forth with the expectation, but once we sorted, things went fast.

The candidates suiting our needs were delivered on time. They were very receptive to our needs and how we wanted to progress with this arrangement.
Our calls were scheduled, so the progress on hiring and shortlisting candidates was done by the team. We were not involved, which saved a lot of our time.
After the candidates were shortlisted, the product training was done by them, which again saved a lot of time.

I highly recommend wow-24 to anyone who wants to experience top-notch quality and professionalism.

it can occassionaly be difficult to tell which month an invoice pertains to, however this usually only becomes an issues when reading older bills has done great job.

Their customaer care representive after they have verified our customers order and identified their preferences. Nothing more to dislike about wow24-7 GREAT.

It pays close attention to the requirements and offers a variety of options that we can jointly decide  which is the most practical. It's good and easy to use and manage.

The WOW24-7 team listens to requirements very carefully and provides various solutions so that we can work together to choose the most effective. With their expertise and experience and our knowledge of what we need, we can find the perfect blend.

**What do you dislike about WOW24-7?**

Sometimes invoices can be a bit confusing to know which month the invoice relates to, but this only tends to be a problem when reviewing older invoices. Generally speaking and on a day-to-day basis, this is not a huge problem.

Understand and clearly articulate the problem you are trying to solve and work with WOW24-7 to see how they can help. Also, when using their service, you will find them to be extremely happy to receive constructive feedback and will work to improve based on that.

Providing out-of-hours support to triage support tickets and provide a valuable first response to help enable a 24/7 support model.

We were unable to secure after-hour support for our clients, but once we completed the knowledge transition, it was completely hands-off. I received monthly update and assessment from the WOW management team.

They have exceeded my expectations with the resources and management involvement.

I recommend to have a good documentation for knowledge transition.

Provide us with Technical and Customer Services. They handle after-hour and weekend resources as well as excellent Technical Specialist to assist our clients during our US business hours.

Following the pandemic, we reached out to WOW24-7 to assist us with our inbound client volume and to help us manage their queries. We have slowly grown them to also handle most of our outbound volume and are beyond grateful for the work they have provided so far!

We really appreciate the ease of the onboarding process and the quality of the team we are working with. All of the agents we work with have an amazing work ethic, a fabulous attitude and go above and beyond to support our clients.

**What do you dislike about WOW24-7?**

I currently do not have any dislikes. They are quick to resolving any issues and are very supportive to our requests. They are constantly asking how we can help them improve and providing more insight into their quality.

We are solving the needs of our clients and handling a high volume of work with this team. They are cheaper than an in-house team and provide just as good work.

WOW24-7 helps us with our inbound inquiries. Their customer support agents manage communication with our clients verifying their orders, identifying their preferences, and turning it over to our design team that creates presentations based on the received information.

**What do you like best about WOW24-7?**

We liked their consistency in delivering high-level customer service. What we noticed throughout our work together is that they are determined to deliver the level of service they promised us in the beginning. Their priority is reaching great customer satisfaction in every interaction and you can tell it from how they are willing to go the extra mile to resolve customer issues.

We don’t have any problems with WOW24-7 team, their work has been great.

WOW24-7 team manages our incoming orders. The agents talk to customers that placed orders for presentations, determine their specifications and preferences, and submit that information to our designers. If any issues arise after a presentation is done our agents keep in close communication with customers to navigate the problem.

WOW24-7 enables us to provide 24/7 customer support service for our clients. As we are an online retail company, it is essential for our business that we provide a 24/7 customer support service. This is particularly true as we have customers located throughout the world in many different time zones. Consequently, we wanted to have around-the-clock service for our customers to be able to contact us anytime either through live chat, email, or social media and there would always be someone to help them. WOW24-7 supplied us with that kind of service, and our agents do it very well. They reply to customers’ questions, check placed orders, mediate communications between our print labs and customers and take on extra tasks if we ask them. The agents are dedicated, competent, and committed to their work. We believe that we’ve been exceedingly fortunate with our agents.

The agents are very committed and dedicated to the work they are doing. They are also professional and have great personalities, which is very important to us because we want our customer service to be personal. Our WOW24-7 agents do a great job. They are empathetic and understanding and use the human touch in their interactions with customers. We like the fact that they have been able to find a balance between being professional and allowing their individual personalities to come through in their interactions with our clients.

Whenever we ask agents to do something that goes beyond their primary responsibilities, they agree without any hesitation. As far as we are concerned, there is little they can do to improve because they have been so responsive and willing to go the extra mile if they need to.

Before we hired WOW24-7, we could not provide 24/7 customer support coverage, a service that is so crucial in our business. They have been able to provide that service and do it very well. This means that those members of our staff involved in marketing/promotion, product development, and general admin don’t have to reply to tickets and emails anymore and are able to focus on these more challenging tasks.

We found ourselves struggling to keep up with the number of customer calls/chats/emails ourselves as our business grew, so we outsourced the helpdesk service to Wow 24/7. Outsourcing to WOW24-7 is the best thing we have done. It is especially a great option for small businesses like ours. We don’t need employees working for us 24/7 when there are only a few calls coming through a week. So outsourcing to WOW24-7 is the best option for us. We can’t stress enough how great their service has been for us.

**What do you like best about WOW24-7?**

WOW24-7 has provided a fabulous service to us. We like their dedicated and professional approach to customer support. Their team helps our clients that are based all over the world, to use our system and provide them with first-line support. WOW24-7 agents do a terrific job in communicating with our customers and figuring out what would be the best possible solution to clients’ problems. 

Also, we love the fact that they deliver around-the-clock service across multiple channels. We have customers in Europe, the U.S. and across the globe, so we have people reaching out to us at different times. That’s why having a 24/7 support provider is very important for us.

**What do you dislike about WOW24-7?**

The only thing I can think of is that they didn’t ask enough questions when we started working together. But we were able to straighten that out right away by simply letting them know that they shouldn’t hesitate to reach out to us whenever they need to ask something. The service has been brilliant since then.

**What problems is WOW24-7 solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was really hard for us to manage all customer inquiries on our own. So outsourcing to WOW24-7 has solved that problem. Also, they introduced us to Slack, a very convenient platform for interaction which we use for our internal communication. WOW24-7 definitely exceeded our expectations.

The best part about working with WOW24-7 is their efficiency and ability to find the most suitable solutions for our needs. WOW24-7 agents do a terrific job taking care of our therapists and clients. Their friendly communication approach has a positive impact on user satisfaction and loyalty.

Nothing as of now. Their solutions were able to cover all of our requests.

WOW24-7 helps us provide our users with a positive experience while using our service. They assist our customers with things like navigating through our platform, choosing the right subscription package and fixing technical issues.
