Both Starter and Pro plans include a $50/month company fee, regardless of team size.
Starter: core GPS time clock (with mileage, travel-time detection), compliance tools (overtime, breaks, audit trail), and basic timesheet & photo capture tools. When billed annually, it's $6/user/month; when billed monthly, approximately $8/user/month.
Pro: includes all Starter features plus crew scheduling, task/checklist tools, project-based labor costing, and advanced job tracking. Priced at $13/user/month annually or ~$16/user/month on a month-by-month basis.
The Enterprise tier offers everything in Pro plus automated project time allocation, incident reporting, meal‑break enforcement, signed time‑card workflows, ERP sync, and dedicated onboarding; pricing is custom‑quoted.
Smart Forms (used for digital field forms: inspections, checklists, etc.) is a separate add-on. Every plan includes 50 free submissions per user per month. Usage beyond that is billed in tiers (e.g. 100 submissions for $75/mo), or on an annual blocks pricing model.
You can cancel anytime, and annual billing offers up to 24 % off the per‑user rate.
All tiers come with a 14-day free trial and no long-term commitment required.
For teams with 50 or more active users, Workyard offers volume-based discounts or negotiation via the Enterprise plan—sales teams factor in user count when providing quotes.
