Whether I'm creating, assigning, or making edits to tasks, it's all incredibly simple and easy to supervise. The mobile app is a huge bonus too, especially when I’m out of the office and need to quickly check for updates. Both the web and mobile versions are really well-designed, and the interface is user-friendly all the way through. Kudos to their support team as well, since they resolve any issues or uncertainties in the shortest possible time. **What do you dislike about Worktrek?** Honestly, there’s nothing I can say I dislike. From day one, any issues have been quickly addressed, and all new features they’ve introduced have been implemented at a very high level. **What problems is Worktrek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Everything is digital, which keeps me organized and on track. We're now more proactive about handling issues before they escalate, saving time and money in the long run. What really bought me is the mobile app which was easy to use for our technicians. All information about assets and maintenance activites are there to search and export. Scheduled reports make it easy to be on top of things. **What do you dislike about Worktrek?** To be honest, I didn't have any issues so far. **What problems is Worktrek solving and how is that benefiting you?** WorkTrek helps us track all the maintenance activities carried out on our facilities. We can keep track of labor and parts cost through it. We are able to see our technicians schedule. WorkTrek helped us with being on top of things and resolving issues faster then we used to. It gives us possibility to ask for Quotes from external contractors and keep history of it. We were able to give access to our contracted external contractors with limitied visibility of the data inisde WorkTrek and that way we don't need to copy things from paper and put it into the system. ### 4. They are open to feedback and want their product to be helpful and constantly improving. Quite large flexibility within the software for a good price. **What do you dislike about Worktrek?** Not much to say, honestly. If there were any issues the team is very responsive and is able to release new features that solve those issues. **What problems is Worktrek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Keeping track of the entire operation of our service department and maintenance department. Application is always working and we didn't have any issues while using it in 3 years. Great customer service that is always willing to help. **What do you dislike about Worktrek?** Nothing really to dislike. We didn't have any issues so far while using WorkTrek. **What problems is Worktrek solving and how is that benefiting you?** WorkTrek is helping us manage work and stay on top of things. It helped us boost our clients satisfaction of resolving issues they had in rented offices. Previously when we used email/phone/whatsapp it happened that we didn't keep good track of what needs to be done and WorkTrek really helped us with that. ### 6. It's straightforward and cuts down a lot of back and forth with management. **What do you dislike about Worktrek?** I have no complaints, any obstacles we faced were resolved in the shortest time possible. **What problems is Worktrek solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s reduced the time I spend on paperwork, allowing me to focus more on the technical side of things.
