Workstem is a one-stop attendance to payroll human resources (HR) management platform that is completely cloud-based. The company offers a SaaS subscription model with great flexibility in terms of cost and effectiveness. It allows SMEs to focus on growing their business while they handle the HR workload. Workstem does this by helping manage the entire employment journey from staff management, rostering, time tracking, attendance data management, leave management, payroll, and MPF to tax reporting. SMEs become more efficient, reduce human error, and save time and labour costs with Workstem’s solution.

**What do you like best about Workstem?**

My company uses Workstem for scheduling, payroll calculation, and statutory requirements submission. What I like most is the synchronization of its scheduling function to the payroll function, where the over/undertime and leaves, especially the partially paid ones, are automatically calculated and shown in the payslip. Their system benefits the F&B business model, and their support team is awesome, which is crucial for addressing our urgent payroll timing questions. The initial setup was easy, although it involved some trial and error initially, which I found understandable.

**What do you dislike about Workstem?**

The synchronization of the app and web version functions. Currently, we can't use our work email functions through the app but works fine using web.

**What problems is Workstem solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Workstem for scheduling, payroll, and statutory submissions. Its scheduling links to payroll for auto-calculating work hours and leaves accurately, providing convenience over Roubler and Talenox. This all-in-one system enhances accuracy and covers all our essential functions.
