What do you like best about Workforce Access?

The way Workforce Access integrates with UKG is wonderful. This makes it so easy to link over all you employees information along with hire and termination dates. This makes it very easy for security to manage the badges from day to day. They use this system everyday to update the badges and security clearances. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Workforce Access?

Working with UKG is not always the easiest but their customer service team is wonderful to work with. They made the implementation of Workforce Access very easy. Once you get through the learning curve it is so simple to due everything flowing through the two systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Workforce Access solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learning a new system is always going to have its up and downs. The team at UKG and our representative at Workforce made it as easy as possible to implement.
