There is absolutely nothing good about this product. How can there be when it can’t even perform its core functionality? The work hour tracking is always wrong, internet interruptions are falsely detected, and active time calculations make no sense. A product that can’t get the basics right is a total failure. I have been a customer of this product for the last 7 months with 9 licenses and I can’t begin to describe how disappointed I am with this product. It’s full of bugs and constant miscalculations. We’ve experienced repeated issues with work hour tracking, internet interruptions being falsely detected, and incorrect active time calculations. Every time we check an employee's work hours, we have to manually cross-verify, only to find this system is wrong.

If you can’t get these core functionalities right, you shouldn’t even be offering this product. It's frustrating, time-consuming, and frankly feels like a complete waste of money. The best thing about wokfolio is the problem it solves. We are using it in our organisation to track operational hours of our resources and its convenient to use with only 2-3 buttons like time in, break, resume and clock-out. The worst thing about workfolio is that is comes with a huge load. The systems actually become laggy if your systems are old. Our resources have faced problems like it slows the systems.

Another dislike about it, is that it does not track things like meetings and online conferences where the resource is working but just because they are not making any activity on the mouse of keyboard, it counts them as inactive.

We face that alot, we are in a meeting where there's not much of an involvement of mouse and keyboard, it will count as unproductive hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is one of the best platform I found to solve an issue which hunted on me for a while. We used to work with contractors and freelancers remotely. And to measure their KPI's and get the output workfolio helpedus. The main advantages of workfolio is

We can able to understand how many hours they worked in a day. Mostly the freelancers charge per hour so this is a great option for us to track. It allows to integrate with the application our team is using. The most important thing as an HR I felt is the dashboard which gives simple and meaningful data to release the payslip and rest. Very non-professional approach, They will give excuse that we are down 2 hours ago everytime you will contact them.

Secondly, if you ask them for refund, they will stop replying you on chat, email and facebook page. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Downtime of 2/3 days.

Worst thing is, in their refund policy, you must have early subscription lol. Why someone will pay you for 12 months if they are hiring remote employee? It might be 1 or 2 weeks project. In short this refund policy is just a mask or cover, they won't refund you a single penny.

By workfoilio i can easily manage my team members and there works and keeps track what they are doing in work hours. it tracks the employes screen and keyboard and mouse engagement in timily basis of 10 min so that the manager can view there screen later at any time and check there activity logs.
