
My favorite part about using worketc is the ability to link different mediums of a customer's profile together. Support cases, projects, notes, discussions can all be linked to the original contact's page with ease and a detailed overview. The ability to tag and send requests to notify other employees that are recorded in the customer's client file ensures that a user can easily see the historical interactions with the customer and be fully informed. I think Worketc could manage generating lists or compiling information a little more easier for the user. When i try to look through customers by address or phone number, I find it difficult to use the advanced search options. Worketc could also improve the dashboard with more interactive features to give users an overview of their weekly/monthly/lifetime use. Sometimes I find a more concise overview and automatically generated daily reports can help users make more focused decisions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
