And the other best part is the employees recognition that's completely awesome **What do you dislike about WorkAxle?** As of now I am still trying to find a point that I can dislike about it but it seems to be a harder thing as I couldn't find any of it till now. But will keep looking for it **Recommendations to others considering WorkAxle:** Just go for it if you are looking for best workforce management solutions. I bet you won't regret your decision **What problems is WorkAxle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Managing larger staff problem, their shift and correct person availability at correct time. I like it has different dimensions and functions that allows me to trade shifts and get shifts covered and request time off effectively. **What do you dislike about WorkAxle?** It very user-friendly, easy to use it took me less time to learn how to use. For my case I have not encountered any major problems because of the support team. **Recommendations to others considering WorkAxle:** Great, scalable and flexible easy to use and performance is Highly Enhanced. Highly recommended. **What problems is WorkAxle solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to create new schedules as well as ability to communicate efficiently with my staff through messages or by transmitting announcements to all our staffs. ### 3. The key ones which dragged my attention are as under - 1. User friendly interface 2. Ease to use software 3. Good backend customer support 4. Cost wont pinch the pocker **What do you dislike about WorkAxle?** Not really. As we start pelling it, more and more features are getting visible and there are no dislikes for me. **What problems is WorkAxle solving and how is that benefiting you?** 1. Employee time sheet - This helped me to evaluate which project is over shooting my budget and which is profitable. 2. Able to allocate work properly to the team. 3.
