**What do you like best about WorkApps?**

This app is easy to use, which makes anyone using a phone easily use this. The login and status change features are the best for the Banking industry to complete successful KYC of customers.

**What do you dislike about WorkApps?**

The only major issue I found was that every time I minimize the app, the status of the agent/auditor changes to busy. I will have to manually move it to available status in order to use it again.

**What problems is WorkApps solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has set the benchmark in the Indian Banking industry to provide comprehensive Video collaboration solutions and KYC solutions. This has helped our enterprise expand operations exponentially.
