**What do you like best about work4all?**

Over all the years we have been using Work4all (8 years), our company has been in various stages. Starting as a 2-man office, we have grown to over 20 employees. Organization is essential with such growth. Employee administration, CRM overview, prioritization of customers, and even weekly to-dos can be perfectly integrated into Work4all. Without my tidy desk (user interface), I can't even leave the office anymore :D. Due to the organized to-dos, unfortunately, there is always something to do, and the name does the program justice!

**What do you dislike about work4all?**

Difficult question, when one has been stuck for so many years and naturally doesn't look to the right or left and doesn't check out other programs. Even though the design has been adjusted repeatedly and updates come in quite regularly, the design could certainly be improved a bit more. But according to our direct contact person, this will probably be the case very soon!

**What problems is work4all solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Above all, the organization of our sales, especially the primarily telephone contact with the contacts, is crucial for us! This must be managed and properly presented. The program guides this so that every holiday replacement immediately knows where the colleague was last involved.

**What do you like best about work4all?**

We have been using W4A as our CRM and ERP for over 10 years now and are especially impressed by the support and flexibility. Since we implemented W4A, our company has almost doubled in revenue, staff, and thus workload, which naturally increased the demands on our CRM. With each passing year, we have been happier with our decision, as we have noticed that the software was able to perfectly scale with this growth or even enabled it in some cases. The tool can essentially cover every important use case and comes with extremely fast support. As a result, our entire company now runs on W4A, and we are much closer to our customers. Personally, I also particularly like the openness and the possible interfaces to other providers like Tableau, which allows for even more customized dashboarding. All in all, a very versatile, simple software with a good team in the background. We are very satisfied.

**What do you dislike about work4all?**

In recent years, it has been noticed that the desktop version reaches its limits here and there. However, the normal business operations were not disrupted by this. Since the team at W4A is always very customer-oriented and has always listened patiently to our feedback, these small issues are now being addressed. The initial experiences with an upcoming update have already been very encouraging and make us look forward to more.

- perfect arrangement of customer data at a glance
- easy customer communication via emails or similar directly through the tool
- growth is enabled/simplified by good organization
- good internal task management, so nothing gets overlooked
- CRM & ERP in one
- digital time tracking for technicians, so that even technicians understand it well
- extremely good & fast support
- 1 tool for everything: even scheduling and route management works well through the tool
- our salespeople complete all offers/orders/invoices in W4A, so nothing gets lost

**What do you like best about work4all?**

I have been enthusiastic about work4all since day one. The software solution has proven to be extremely practical, as it covers all steps from initial contact to accounting in a single solution.

The onboarding was smooth and uncomplicated, and I was pleasantly surprised that it required less effort than expected. Especially the training of my employees went smoothly, which is not always the case with other solutions.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the software. It is time-saving and efficiency-enhancing, allowing my team to complete their work much more easily. For all these reasons, I can wholeheartedly recommend work4all. If someone is looking for a modern, efficient, and comprehensive solution, this software is definitely the right choice.

**What do you dislike about work4all?**

I can't really say much, as I mentioned, I'm a big fan from the very beginning. We are now migrating to the cloud solution, and so far we are also being very well supported by the team.

In principle, it replaces many different solutions that we would otherwise have to onboard, integrate, maintain, and train our employees on individually.

**What do you like best about work4all?**

High user-friendliness, range of functions, quick overview of the most important information. On one hand, management, management, and controlling receive all the information they need, and on the other hand, all employees enjoy working with work4all and appreciate the user-friendliness and quick access to all important functions.

**What do you dislike about work4all?**

In the sales process, the topic of customer mailing could be simplified. The introduction of the web version in 2023 was a big step and closed an important gap. By allowing the simultaneous use of the web version and the traditional desktop version, the user is once again placed at the center, which makes life easier for the entire team.

**What problems is work4all solving and how is that benefiting you?**

work4all maps all commercial processes in the company and is our most important tool in daily business. Sales, customer service, project management, purchasing, controlling, planning, preparatory accounting, etc.

The system lacks a comprehensive layout of customer data. Onboard employees individually for solutions and train them, as it can be time-consuming.

**What do you like best about work4all?**

We have been using Work4all for four years now and are extremely happy. Unlike our previous CRM system, we don't need additional tools to cover all the functions. Above all, we were impressed by the range of functions and the user interface. This made it very easy for our employees to get up to speed. Last but not least, this is also due to the good customer support. We are completely satisfied!

The previous desktop version is not necessarily up to date. However, we could already use the new version, which again convinced us very much.

We use work4all for the first contact with the customer, through the preparation of offers, to invoicing and accounting.

Integrated software that can do many things, from marketing, communication, document management to Datev integration and much more. Easy Onboarding, fair prices and great customer support

An older desktop application but a new application just launched which is much faster and modern.

**What problems is work4all solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It simplifies and integrates 5 to 7 tools in one, which I would otherwise have to use multiple applications for. I have a great overview of all the data required to run my business

The legacy desktop application feels a bit dated, however work4all recently launched a new modern and fast product to address this.

By replacing multiple tools with a single solution, work4all makes it easier to get a unified view of customers and automate processes across sales, marketing, customer service and accounting.
