Over all the years we have been using Work4all (8 years), our company has been in various stages. Starting as a 2-man office, we have grown to over 20 employees. Organization is essential with such growth. Employee administration, CRM overview, prioritization of customers, and even weekly to-dos can be perfectly integrated into Work4all. Difficult question, when one has been stuck for so many years and naturally doesn't look to the right or left and doesn't check out other programs. Even though the design has been adjusted repeatedly and updates come in quite regularly, the design could certainly be improved a bit more. We have been using W4A as our CRM and ERP for over 10 years now and are especially impressed by the support and flexibility. Since we implemented W4A, our company has almost doubled in revenue, staff, and thus workload, which naturally increased the demands on our CRM. With each passing year, we have been happier with our decision, as we have noticed that the software was able to perfectly scale with this growth or even enabled it in some cases. In recent years, it has been noticed that the desktop version reaches its limits here and there. However, the normal business operations were not disrupted by this. Since the team at W4A is always very customer-oriented and has always listened patiently to our feedback, these small issues are now being addressed. In the sales process, the topic of customer mailing could be simplified. The introduction of the web version in 2023 was a big step and closed an important gap.
