Our sales team has to worry about selling and Wiser understood that. This was a priority for us but their team helped step by step to make this as simple as possible for our team. Results were easy to pull. **What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?** For us, it was not a Wiser issue. We needed to figure out what to do with the data we received. Everything is very well done with this program. **Recommendations to others considering Wiser Solutions:** If you are looking for a product that will help you have more competitive prices on your products then this is the one you need. **What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Wisepricer allowed me to better price our products because I could see competitors prices and price ours at a more competitive rate. ### 8. I know exactly where I need to go each day and what exactly I need to check in each store call that I make. There is room for me to leave comments and take pictures and save them to later view through the Suite photo gallery so that I can keep track of all information. **What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?** Sometimes the SmartCall App that I use within the Retail Execution Suite will glitch and information that I have previously marked as being in distribution will uncheck its self. **What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use the InStore Retail Execution Suite every day for my job. It makes sales calls a lot more seamless. It allows me to easily detect what I need to accomplish on each sales call with the SmartCall APP. I am able to identify current products that need to be in distribution for a certain store that is not as well as tells me what new products need to be at a store. I am easily able to identify my territory and what stores need to be attended to, to ensure I meet all of my sales goals! ### 9. When you work retail there are so many products/prices to keep track of so having this is a big help! It really increases your customer service experience with customers and I believe this can help increase your company's sales over time. **What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?** I honestly never used the products long enough to tell if there was any problems - I really enjoyed the product. I have only heard great things about the product thus far. **Recommendations to others considering Wiser Solutions:** Great product if you want to increase the amount of customers coming to your company! **What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We used this product to help eliminate pricing discrepancies when helping customers purchase products. The ease of use was extremely helpful. When I worked at Dick's all you needed to do was put the bar code underneath the scanner and it automatically gave the customer and myself the correct pricing; customers did not argue the price. I also liked how you could search additional products available in different stores because sometimes customers needed a different product; this increased our customer service and I believe this helped increased Dick's sales. ### 10. Saved so much time and made us more money. **Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2017 **What do you like best about Wiser Solutions?** The customer service of the Wiser representatives, as well as the robustness of the software in helping us stay competitive price-wise. **What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?** At first, the price-point was a bit difficult for us to pay for, but once the benefits we saw justified the pricing that issue was long gone. **What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were having difficulty updating the pricing of all the SKUs on Amazon and other online channels (including an ecommerce store we ran). Our competitors were constantly offering discounts, sales and deals. We wanted to remain competitive and had to be on top of our competitors' price changes. Wisepricer (Wiser) helped us keep our pricing up-to-date and we saw an increase in sales almost immediately, since our market is very price-sensitive and shoppers are prone to compare pricing with our competitors. ### 12. Customers are making this comparison on a daily basis so if you're not monitoring it then don't expect to win. I also appreciated the customizations that wiser was able to make for us by scraping data from certain competitors in certain markets. They were able to build a fully landed cost model which showed the true price of the product and shipping to ensure we accounted for all aspects the customer had to pay. **What do you dislike about Wiser Solutions?** Honestly there is not a lot to dislike. While we did have small quirks from time to time the wiser support team was really great about addressing them quickly. Maybe one thing to mention is taking the time to inspect changes be platform is making based on your rules. It's great to have a set it and forget it mentality but still needs time from someone who is responsible for monitoring what changes are happening. **What problems is Wiser Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** We work on a cost plus pricing model and that fits in the wheelhouse of what this product was built for.
