Uploading our product data was much easier and efficient, and their customer support is OUTSTANDING. John and his team are responsive to every request, and they went out of thier way to supply all the training we could ask for. The platform integrated our previous MAP program beautifully; we were able to port all of our notice letters and sync our dealer database automatically. The range of features is deep enough that I've yet to come across something that it doesn't do - without burying the UI in unnecessary choices. If there is something we want that isn't immediately avaialble, Wiser has a very growth-minded approach to incorporating user feedback and updating processes and features. Being able to log in every day and see trends and problems in near-real time is a big bonus. I can generate reports on-demand within minutes, which means our sales team can address issues before they escalate. We're adding more SKUs and expanding our practice with Wiser.
