The time taken for the setup and implementation runs at a slow pace.

It helps in identifying top talent/key potential and suggests intervention for talent management.

**What do you like best about Winzard?**

It's very intuitive, easy to use, great dashboards for leadership teams. Uses data wisely to offer very useful and actionable insights.

**What do you dislike about Winzard?**

Takes some time and effort to setup. But totally worth it.

**What problems is Winzard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Individual employee goal setting and tracking becomes efficient with Winzard. Because of this, employees have a lot of clarity on what to focus on. And it makes appraisals more data driven and less emotion driven.

**What do you like best about Winzard?**

It helps bring laser focus towards organization goals. 
Before using Winzard we were all busy and working hard but now we feel we are acelarating our growth.

**What do you dislike about Winzard?**

Nothing. The tool is very flexible and allows us to review our goals on a monthly or quarterly basis.

**What problems is Winzard solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps the team to be an effective team. Before using the tool it appeared that we were talking at cross purposes.
