**What do you like best about Wiise?**

The system is user friendly and easy to navigate and is able to be integrated into our HR system through an accessible API. The staff portal is helpful and the new employee workflow launch through the HR system API has been excellent.

**What do you dislike about Wiise?**

There are a couple of user functions like future leave calculation capability which we had in a previous system that would have been nice to have. Authorisation lockdowns are not perfect and it is hard to give access to one area without giving it to others. The HR access level is limited and we cannot see leave balances or payslip information. A staff termination workflow launch from HR in the portal would be helpful.

**Recommendations to others considering Wiise:**

Consider your needs and levels of access to information - be very clear about who needs to see what before proceeding with this product. However, it is user friendly and easily integrated with other systems for effective workflows between systems.

**What problems is Wiise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

System integrations and workflow efficiencies have significantly improved payroll and onboarding processes.
