What do you like best about WETHOD?

Great tool for project management: it helps me keep track of the progress of the project, budget consumption and my teammates' work.

What do you like best about WETHOD?

Wethod is a potent tool that allows management and PMs to keep track of the different projects and the impact they have individually or as a whole on their business. What problems is WETHOD solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wethod facilitates the management of orders and works in general, and as soon as data are entered, they interact with each other; consequently, if something goes wrong, you can see it immediately. You can correct the shot; resource planning helps management, the reports are well done and very intuitive. For us, it has been a substantial change in the way we work. What do you like best about WETHOD?

It is a platform that requires a learning curve due to a large number of functions it has to make better use of this tool. It is beneficial, thanks to its versatility, and it facilitates project management, productivity and additionally optimizes the evaluation of the work team, making it an excellent alternative for comprehensive collaboration; on the other hand, it provides information on expenses and profitability. About the cost of the software, it has a very affordable price, in addition to having a free version (basic) and a free trial. Its most relevant features are generating progress reports and customizable reports, projections, reminders, activity dashboard and project planning, tasks, prioritization, activity tracking, status, task progress, real-time updates, alerts and notifications, document storage, and data insurance. What do you dislike about WETHOD?

I would like the development of a mobile Apps to facilitate remote access to this tool because, although it is valid for being based in the cloud, I can access it from the browser of my smartphone, sometimes it slows down, so the Apps would generate greater ease of access to the platform. I have improved my job performance as well as the productivity of my work team since, as a corporate analyst, I must evaluate or monitor the success of the advertising, production, and sales strategies of the company I work for, as well as that of our business clients. WETHOD has made it easier for me to manage my assignments, tasks, and activities since it has provided me with more effective analysis and research through optimizing calculations and organizing statistics relating to profit margins and expenses, and identifies areas where a company can make improvements. That is, this software has enabled me in practical ways to reduce costs or increase profits by establishing new policies and procedures, conducting ongoing evaluations and accounting tasks to ensure that the new guidelines are applicable.
