I use WestFax primarily as a faxing portal, and I've found it exceptionally beneficial in a few key areas. The platform has resolved prior costs issues we experienced with another provider, making it a cost-effective option for our operations. WestFax also excels in aligning with regulatory requirements such as HIPPA, thanks to its single sign-on (SSO) capabilities and fax line-centric management. One of the standout features for me is the visibility it provides into our operations. This allows me to manage backend processes efficiently, and the collaborative setup we had with the WestFax team was completed swiftly. The visibility into permissions for groups and individuals, along with real-time feedback on outgoing and incoming faxes, greatly aids in testing and managing the system effectively. Furthermore, the integration with our proprietary system via API has allowed us to automate workflows seamlessly.
