What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I've been using WebinarGeek for almost a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for our webinar strategy. Over that time, I’ve organised 12 webinars with the platform and have several more already in the pipeline — it’s become an essential tool in my work.

What I love most is how incredibly user-friendly it is — not just for admins like me, but also for our speakers and attendees. Everything is smooth, intuitive, and just works. And behind that simplicity lies a powerful platform that can handle everything from live interaction to analytics and even automated webinars.

As the cherry on top, WebinarGeek comes with a built-in communications module that helps manage invites, reminders, and follow-ups — no need for extra tools or integrations (though those are available too if you want them). Plus, the platform keeps evolving with frequent, thoughtful updates that show the team is really listening to its users.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

The only hic is when arrives to "sensitive topic" of countries list in their out of the box countries drop down menus for the online registartion, they aren't accurate - e..g naming of some countries wrong and some other missing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Overall, signing up and logging into WebinarGeek was relatively easy, with no major friction points. For a first-time user, the instructions were clear, and the welcome screen/onboarding did a good job of explaining the platform’s value quickly, which helped set expectations early on, I liked that they used a video to provide insightful overviews.

Navigation felt intuitive, finding key sections was straightforward, and joining a trial webinar as a participant was smooth, with clear directions throughout the process.

Creating and scheduling a webinar was clear and easy to follow. The customization options stood out as especially intuitive, and the step-by-step setup made it easy to feel confident that everything was completed correctly before going live. I liked this part of the application the most.

The invite process was mostly simple, although it was slightly challenging to locate certain elements on the page at first. Confirmation and feedback messages were clear and reassuring. While the free trial limited testing at scale, the CSV upload feature looks essential for managing large numbers of invitees and would likely support growth well.

In general, the interface did feel a bit overwhelming at times. Pop-ups and large blocks of grey text on some pages made the experience feel cluttered, and help centre links weren’t always placed where you’d intuitively expect to find them (pictured). There are a few usability improvements that could make the experience smoother. Upcoming webinars would be easier to scan if they were listed vertically rather than horizontally at the top of the page. Additionally, navigating back to the homepage was sometimes frustrating, as the upper-left icon wasn’t always clickable or clearly functional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

I would however say that the pop-ups on the website once in became quite annoying even though I understand they were trying to help you learn how to use the application.

Compared to tools like Zoom or Teams, the experience felt familiar enough that there was no steep learning curve, while still offering more functionality, as someone who has used those platforms more, I would say this was slightly overcomplicating the application in some parts.

The standout positives were the ability to choose between three different webinar types and how easy it was to set up a webinar from start to finish. These features made the platform feel purposeful and well-suited for different webinar goals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
