What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I signed up for the Webinargeek free trial. It was extremely easy to sign up and I liked the fact that you did not have to give a credit card to access the free trial. The instructions were very clear and there were some great onboarding tutorials to quickly get me up to speed.

There were some live and automated website examples that I could join in order to get a feel for how those two options worked, and they were very easy to join. I feel like it was easy to navigate, especially if you are used to using Zoom or Teams.

I really could easily navigate attendance, have a private chat with attendees, have a Q&A feature, polls, public chat, and team chat. Lots of options for engaging the attendees throughout the meeting.

I next tried out creating a new webinar from scratch and thought the scheduling process was extremely smooth. You are able to easily set up recurring webinars, which I really appreciated. You can do Live, Automated, or On Demand webinars and there were many different customization options surrounding analytics, reminder emails, etc. that you could set up.

The invite process was very simple and clear, though to use Salesforce or HubSpot you need to have a premium account. If I was going to be inviting large groups of people, I would definitely upgrade to premium. The manual entry process would be okay for smaller groups.

I liked the fact that you are able to upload your own logo to use on the Webinar. That will really help with branding. There are definitely a lot of features that are available with analytics, follow up emails, etc. that I will want to take more time to explore to make sure I am using the program to its full potential. What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Depending on your purpose, there may be too many options for the price. It is definitely more geared towards those who have significant webinar needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to host webinars that allow a great deal of user engagement and to be able to have great analytical insights into the webinars pre and post event. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Feature-Rich Webinar Tool, but Onboarding, UI Clutter, and Pricing Need Work"

2.5/5

What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

All the features you need for broadcasting are already there. Setting up your schedule especially if you’re planning a recurring webinar is straightforward, and defining your target audience is just as easy. Integrating with HubStop and Salesforce is simple as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

Signup/onboarding process: I ran into an issue after verifying that I’m human, where it kept looping back to the “Start Free Trial” button. An error message that clearly tells the user if there are incomplete inputs would be helpful here. Also, as a new WebinarGeek user, I didn’t realize you still have to manually start it by clicking the “Start Webinar” button in the upper-right corner. Another comment for me is the webinar screen (especially for the presenter) felt very busy. It was busy enough that I couldn’t immediately figure out how to move to the next slide.

Pricing of the premium plan may feel like a lot for some people. If you’re organizing webinars regularly, it might be worth it, but if you’re mainly using it to connect with colleagues like Zoom, it might be worth a second look. The AI integration needs improvement, because I didn’t feel like I had any interaction with AI while using the platform.

All these aside, I believe WebinarGeek’s functions are easy to use once you know where to find them and what to click to trigger what you want. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?

It offers a solid alternative to the dominant brands in the marketplace, like Zoom and Teams. As a new user, I’m looking forward to using it again once more improvements are made to the platform, especially around areas of user experience. One advantage, in my view, is how easily it can integrate with other platforms like HubStop and Salesforce once you locate the right section for it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
