"Best webinar tool ever used!"
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

I've been using WebinarGeek for almost a year and a half now, and I can honestly say it’s been a game-changer for our webinar strategy. Over that time, I’ve organised 12 webinars with the platform and have several more already in the pipeline — it’s become an essential tool in my work.

What I love most is how incredibly user-friendly it is — not just for admins like me, but also for our speakers and attendees. Everything is smooth, intuitive, and just works. And behind that simplicity lies a powerful platform that can handle everything from live interaction to analytics and even automated webinars.

As the cherry on top, WebinarGeek comes with a built-in communications module that helps manage invites, reminders, and follow-ups — no need for extra tools or integrations (though those are available too if you want them). Plus, the platform keeps evolving with frequent, thoughtful updates that show the team is really listening to its users.

In short: WebinarGeek is reliable, easy-going, and just plain great to work with. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a solid, human-friendly webinar solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

The only hic is when arrives to "sensitive topic" of countries list in their out of the box countries drop down menus for the online registartion, they aren't accurate - e..g naming of some countries wrong and some other missing) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Setup and Great Support, But User Management Needs Clarity"
What do you like best about WebinarGeek?

Getting started was very straightforward, and I found setting up webinars much more intuitive than with some other systems I’ve used in the past. The setup process was simple enough to handle on my own without any assistance. On the one occasion when I encountered an issue, the customer support chat resolved everything quickly, without the need to submit a ticket. Overall, considering the price, this tool is comparable to other platforms that require a full year’s commitment, but it stands out by offering a trial period with its monthly options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?

The distinction between users and account types is confusing. We added another user, thinking we would be able to switch between presenter and co-presenter roles, but this was not clearly explained in the features or pricing list. In the end, we had to upgrade anyway.

Additionally, the main link in the top bar leads to the main webinar manager page for all presenters, which is quite frustrating. When using the tool for the first time, having to scroll and search for individual links is both confusing and annoying. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thanks for sharing your experience — great to hear the setup felt easy and our support team could jump in quickly when needed.
