We succesfully integrated it to mailchimp with no issues. and we re able to embed the subscription from into our own website. We could create, promote and run the event with minimal assistance. When we had specific queries about functions, the help desk were always able to guide us. We were very pleased with how it all went, as well as the competitive pricing. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** The email function to delegates was simple and we would have liked to edit the automated emails to more detail - however we were able to do this through the integration to mailchimp. Setting up your schedule especially if you’re planning a recurring webinar is straightforward, and defining your target audience is just as easy. Integrating with HubStop and Salesforce is simple as well. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** Signup/onboarding process: I ran into an issue after verifying that I’m human, where it kept looping back to the “Start Free Trial” button. An error message that clearly tells the user if there are incomplete inputs would be helpful here. Also, as a new WebinarGeek user, I didn’t realize you still have to manually start it by clicking the “Start Webinar” button in the upper-right corner. Another comment for me is the webinar screen (especially for the presenter) felt very busy. It was busy enough that I couldn’t immediately figure out how to move to the next slide. Pricing of the premium plan may feel like a lot for some people. If you’re organizing webinars regularly, it might be worth it, but if you’re mainly using it to connect with colleagues like Zoom, it might be worth a second look. The AI integration needs improvement, because I didn’t feel like I had any interaction with AI while using the platform. The platform feels like popular video conferencing tools but with added functionality, and the dashboard animations are on point with a very modern feel. The in-app presentation tool is a big win because it eliminates the usual screen-sharing errors, and the next slide preview on mouseover is a great feature for the presenter. Additionally, the double sidebar for participant interaction is very well-implemented. **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** There are just a few UI/UX concerns, such as the stage settings pop-up which is a bit of a hassle because it covers the sidebar and is not immediately obvious as an overlay. The video player is also missing a scrubber or seek bar, meaning if a video gets interrupted, you must restart it from the beginning, which is a major pain during a live session. Finally, the pop-up for moving to the next slide blocks the presentation and video buttons, so you must move your mouse around just to interact with the controls. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Inviting participants is very easy with the integrated CSV upload and HubSpot integration that only takes a few steps to set up. It is much more sophisticated than Zoom due to its interactive features in the webinars. I do appreciate the abilities to have polls, and have multiple people present instead of just 1 presenter. It reminds me more of Webex, but easier to use in my opinion. I did like that I can customize themes and even when I was facing difficulties on certain features such as integrating a LinkedIn ID, it has a “How To” guide for me to use, that was quite nice. In fact, I appreciate that it had an “Academy” section for users to learn to not only use the webinar application, but how to use AI and other tools incorporated as well. Another feature I liked when I was getting a bit lost on the platform was that there was a guided tool called Kiki pointing me around the site. It was very helpful that they included a “Tour” section for first-time users. I would say the initial setup was easy to create from making the account to getting to the steps of making a webinar (whether its on-demand, live or automated). **What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?** I do wish there were more steps in guiding what webinar to create instead of the 4 “onboarding steps” when you first create and get onto the platform. **What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, it is a great platform to add and invite users, especially giving them roles in case you need moderators in your webinar so you don’t have to monitor everything.
