## WebinarGeek Reviews
  ### 1. Feature-Rich Webinar Tool, but Onboarding, UI Clutter, and Pricing Need Work

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 01, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

All the features you need for broadcasting are already there. Setting up your schedule especially if you’re planning a recurring webinar is straightforward, and defining your target audience is just as easy. Integrating with HubStop and Salesforce is simple as well.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Signup/onboarding process: I ran into an issue after verifying that I’m human, where it kept looping back to the “Start Free Trial” button. An error message that clearly tells the user if there are incomplete inputs would be helpful here. Also, as a new WebinarGeek user, I didn’t realize you still have to manually start it by clicking the “Start Webinar” button in the upper-right corner. Another comment for me is the webinar screen (especially for the presenter) felt very busy. It was busy enough that I couldn’t immediately figure out how to move to the next slide.

Pricing of the premium plan may feel like a lot for some people. If you’re organizing webinars regularly, it might be worth it, but if you’re mainly using it to connect with colleagues like Zoom, it might be worth a second look. The AI integration needs improvement, because I didn’t feel like I had any interaction with AI while using the platform.

All these aside, I believe WebinarGeek’s functions are easy to use once you know where to find them and what to click to trigger what you want.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It offers a solid alternative to the dominant brands in the marketplace, like Zoom and Teams. As a new user, I’m looking forward to using it again once more improvements are made to the platform, especially around areas of user experience. One advantage, in my view, is how easily it can integrate with other platforms like HubStop and Salesforce once you locate the right section for it.

  ### 2. Intuitive Webinar Stage with Useful Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Civic & Social Organization | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 08, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The upsides of WebinarGeek I'd say is the webinar stage platform is pretty intuitive and smooth with common navigation that I see in other similar platforms, which isn't a bad thing, this way people are comfortable using that feature and are familiar with it.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Downsides are not having a smooth flow for webinar creation, mainly because there is no "next" or "continue" buttons to go through the sections like Registration and Emails that would likely be important to know during the creation. This led me to feel confused on not knowing whether my webinar is complete or not, and not being able to invite attendees was not very easy to do. Not being able to save a webinar creation is also a major issue for scenarios when people may not be able to finish in time or need some details about the webinar before publishing.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

WebinarGeek is solving how to create webinars efficiently with some minor issues, it's benefiting me as someone who would consider WebinarGeek in the future if I need to create multiple webinars.

  ### 3. WebinarGeek's Functionality

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hassan R. | Testing, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The options allowing you to proceed with multiple chats during a live webinar and options to gather insights, along with the integration of CRM through the software.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Personally I believe the layout to be a little disfunctional, it feels like there is a lot going on within a page that your eyes are kind of wandering all over the place, the buttons should be clear and the change of typoography and possibly background contrasts should change to make it easier to read and navigate, whilst providing a more simple and clean layout to start/record webinars.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

To be honest I can't tell exactly what they are solving, but I feel as if they are on the right path with having integrations through the platform, maybe allow that to be a feature during your webinars to import some of that information to display, also I couldn't figure out how to share my screen if i wanted to just like Zoom allows, it also feels way too basic during your webinars and more complicated on the homepage, I would reverse that.

  ### 4. Instant Thank You

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Julio R. | Maintenance Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 02, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It worked instantly, almost to the point where it opened doors.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Account creation was a little off in the beggining.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It worked rather quickly when attempting to use the camera.

  ### 5. Decent Webinar Creation with Navigational Challenges

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali B.

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I trialed creating a webinar on the site and found that it was easy to create a new webinar. The ability to create a webinar and invite contacts and team members all on one site makes collaborating and sharing easier. I also appreciate the feature that walks you through each step when creating a webinar very systematically. The initial setup and signing up process was easy too.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

I thought the site was difficult to navigate at times, especially getting back to the home screen, that the edit/create button was on the far right of the screen which wasn't natural for me to look at, and that a new tab is opened when you press certain buttons which makes it harder to navigate altogether.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find WebinarGeek makes it easier to create webinars and invite contacts and team members, simplifying collaboration and sharing.

  ### 6. User-testing experience

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in E-Learning | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 14, 2026

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

The website layout appears very modern and professional. I personally like the colors selected for the design of the website. Seems neutral, professional.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The platform isn't as user friendly/intuitive as other platforms that are currently out. I found myself clicking through one too many menus/pages to figure out what features I wanted/needed to use for the purpose of my assignment so it definitely felt like a seep learning curve.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Platforms like these are always great for providing information to clients, in my case, employees of an organization in addition to offering training.

  ### 7. Decent Webinar Platform

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kathryn R. | Content Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 06, 2025

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

I like the ability to easily create live, on-demand, or hybrid webinars. Customizations are easy to toggle on or off. Starting a live webinar is easy.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

Some menu navigation isn't intuitive, like navigating between the three different types of chat within a webinar, finding the "invite attendees" menu from different screens, etc. Some integrations require a pro account, which is unfortunate.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reaching consumers on a live or scheduled basis to share information.

**Official Response from Romy Langius:**

> Thank you for sharing your thoughts! We’re glad to hear that you find creating live, on-demand, and hybrid webinars easy and appreciate the customization options. We also appreciate your feedback, as it helps us improve the platform.

  ### 8. Good support and user friendly interface

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Polya B. | Growth Operations Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

It is very userfriendly and the support is very helpful

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

The quality of the receiving video is limited by the browser streaming

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they offer many customizations that Zoom for instance doesn't

  ### 9. easy-to-use webinar software

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Management Consulting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

powerful interactions and marketing tools. The most reliable and secure webinar platform for webinars, webinar software designed to help businesses stream presentations, record live webinars, share prerecorded videos, and manage on-demand webinars.

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

There is a small delay in what I see as host and what the viewers see. video quality was really good, but the conversion was not good. The quality when using multiple presenters. If you have more presenters on different location the quality of the webinar will go down a lot.

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Its really easy to use and easy to set up, have a lot of features. Customer support is also easy to reach and quick in their response.

  ### 10. Very good platform but very expensive

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria P. | Marketing, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 19, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

Very intuitive, with many functionalities and customizations

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

the price increased a lot in the last few month. Before we paid aroun 30 euros for everything and new for the same functionalities we have to pay 80. I don't see any new big feature impplemented since then, it's absolutly the same with a crazy price

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to use, you don't need to download the app, customizations

  ### 11. Great tool for live webinars

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Networking | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2023

**What do you like best about WebinarGeek?**

- lots of features for live webinars
- hit all the basic needs you'd have for running webinars, espeically if you're new to them

**What do you dislike about WebinarGeek?**

- next to no capabilities to accommodate webinars on demand, which unfortunately is what we were looking for

**What problems is WebinarGeek solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our problem was that we needed a tool a little more sophisticated than Zoom to record on-demand webinars. While WebinarGeek had all the features for webinars, they weren't the best solution for on-demand.
