Watermark Faculty Success has significantly simplified faculty reporting for me. I appreciate having everything consolidated in one platform—teaching, publications, service, and grants—so I only need to enter information once. This has saved me a great deal of time, especially during annual reviews and accreditation processes. I also value how it can be customized to fit our institution’s specific needs. At times, the system can feel clunky and unintuitive. Certain data entry screens are confusing, making it easy to get lost among the many categories. While the customization options are impressive, they can also lead to inconsistencies between departments.
