**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

They are an important ally for our sales team, their commitment and professionalism have made sales rise and although at the beginning I didn't think we needed them because we already have our well-trained sales team, they have surprised me how their knowledge and experience have improved sales, they book the appointment with an already pre-designed analysis of the client and we do the rest of the work when selling. His extensive experience helps sales and deals to close faster and more successfully.

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

They have never disappointed me with any service, they have always been firm and experienced

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With their commitment, they make it easier for sales to be completed. I am very satisfied with each process that is being carried out alongside VSA Prospecting and that they are helping to find potential clients more easily.

**Describe the project or task VSA Prospecting helped with:**

For several years, VSA has assisted us with setting appointments with prospective merchants. Throughout the entire process, the team keeps us informed of the status, asks questions when needed and realizes excellent results. Additionally, they work with us on expanding into alternative market verticals. VSA provides a very positive experience for both my team and prospective merchants.

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

VSA's process of gathering detailed company information, objection questions and ability to set appointments. They methods that they use to set appointments yield high results. 

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

All the services provided by VSA have been positive and there is not anything we dislike. 

**Recommendations to others considering VSA Prospecting:**

VSA is a top notch appointment seeting firm. Each interaction with every member of the team has been positive and professional at all times. 

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VSA is a true extension of our sales department. They have been incredible ability to reach company decision makers and set appointments for our team. As a result, we have been able to increase our merchant base. The overall program is very positive and we are thankful to have VSA as a partner.

**Describe the project or task VSA Prospecting helped with:**

VSA helped us with outbound calling and lead generation for a new solution. They were a great partner to work with and provided excellent service. 

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

The team at VSA are experts in understanding how to position the solution(s), asking the right questions to understand what problem our solution is solving, and providing feedback about what they are hearing from prospects. Several times they asked questions and we were able to tweak our program to address what we were hearing from the prospects. It's an ever evolving program from a content perspective. The team at VSA was great to work with and they were totally committed to reaching the goals that we set. I also liked their level of detail in the weekly reporting. 

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

In general, with the world that we are living in, it is very difficult to get people to answer the phone. The good thing about VSA is the number of attempts that they make to reach people through phone and follow-up emails. I think this increased our response rate. 

**Recommendations to others considering VSA Prospecting:**

The more details that you can provide about your solution the better. VSA is very good at taking the information that you have given and writing the content for email outreach and the script for outbound calling. I liked that it was a team effort and they were more than willing to tweak this content as needed. 

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to do outreach to a larger base of prospects that our team did not have the bandwidth to reach. Our goals were both to provide awareness of our solution, as well as to generate leads and set meetings.

Telemarketing lead-gen into a new, exploding market opportunity. 

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

Weekly review meetings allowed us to course correct quickly to maximize results. VSA's experience helped us tune our approach as results came in. Their approach to project management and the weekly reports provided not only a detailed view into results, but uncovered areas to hone our approach. 

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

Nothing to dislike. I highly recommend VSA. The service delivered was above our expected ROI.

The quality of the prospecting agents give them instant credibility with customers and help navigate to decision makers in fewer call attempts.

We are software company, specialized in Field Service software. VSA has help our campaigns and got us many opportunities and arrange meetings for our sales reps.

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

VSA is very professional, easy to work with and bring a lot of experience to the table. VSA has great visibility for my campaigns and I was provided reports and sample calls. VSA had meetings and conference calls to keep improving their service. competitive pricing. Awesome service. Their software and technical abilities are extremely competitive to other software, like Sales force.

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

What's not to like. Maybe, the only thing that VSA can improve is to expose me to all their great services.like software integrations capabilities with my software and the flexible technical abilities their IT department has.With reasonable cost, VSA can actually develop and provide additional tools to help Sales Reps.

**Recommendations to others considering VSA Prospecting:**

My recommendations are: 1) Don't delay and 2) Use VSA software development capabilities. It is with cost but it is worth it. "Don't delay" means get going even if you are not 1005 sure you are ready. VSA will work with you for best and optimized results. If you are 80% ready, go for it, use VSA for a campaign. You will improve and the money you will make will help make it better many times over.

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VSA keeps me in budget. With a set price I get all the benefits of expanded marketing department. Campaigns are easy to manage. Results speak for themselves. Money well spent.

VSA took on a national cold-calling/appointment setting campaign for us.  We asked VSA to set roof survey appointments for our network of authorized contractors.

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

VSA is company made up of great people.  From the owner to the account manager to the callers themselves, everyone at VSA cares deeply about the job they are doing.  

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

In my time working with VSA, I have never been disappointed with the product they delivered.

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VSA is filling a demand for leads that we otherwise were having difficulty filling.  With our growing network of contractors, our marketing efforts need to increase year on year, and VSA has allowed us to grow our network quickly while remaining confident we'll be able to keep our contractors busy.

**What do you like best about VSA Prospecting?**

Integrity, problem-solving attitude and customer-centric focus.  A true partner.

**What do you dislike about VSA Prospecting?**

ideally they would run on exactly same CRM as us - but that is not practical

**What problems is VSA Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VSA has allowed us to rapidly scale capacity.  Their recruitment and on-boarding process keeps them able to follow any size organization/project.
