As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. Voxco support can be very spotty at times. We can go hours/days without a reply. The anxiousness of not hearing anything but an auto-reply can be very nerve-racking. As a person who doesn’t code, I loved the user-friendly interface of Voxco.

The process to create the survey was very easy. With so many question types - smiley face, star rating - I was able to create fun surveys. The logic flow also helped to create complex surveys.

The Voxco Survey Platform is very user-friendly. Our interviewers can maneuver throughout the platform with ease. The upside is our programmer can make adjustments to fix skip patterns and add easy information on tabs for our interviewers to have quick access to information to offer our respondents.
