And Vocus has ways to tailor each email to address the contact by name, which makes it more personal but doesn't take me a lot of time. **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** I wish it were easier to copy and paste my email into the box without it removing formatting. I always have to redo the links. **Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io:** If you're looking for an easy and affordable way to reach a lot of people without putting in too much effort, Vocus is great. You can even send test emails to make sure everything works properly. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I can send out pitches so much faster than sending individual emails. ### 3. It has the basic features someone would want but lacks a lot of the bells and whistles that a lot of other programs have. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that I was able to track who was opening my emails, how many times, and also see if they were clicking the links inside of the emails. It gives me an insight into what is more effective inside of emails when reaching out to prospects. ### 4. Lack of features comparing with other tools. Analytics are not good compared with others. The dashboard to manage snippets, follow-ups, and other features is not user-friendly. **Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io:** If you are looking for Stats from the sent emails this is not the best option, but if you're just looking for a tool to help you with follow-ups it is good enough. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking sent emails and openings, getting stats, sending personalized emails with follow-ups, send campaigns, etc ### 5. They also provide handy snippets to include in emails and use the contact's name or company. **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** I have had Vocus crash or hang a few times and the browser extension sometimes seems to crash Gmail or not work at all. I hope that the team puts some effort into adding performance and stability improvements. **Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io:** Vocus is definitely a choice to consider if you're looking for a solid email tracking and follow-up management tool. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Vocus allows me to set up automatic email follow-ups and make sure I don't forget to send an email. It also has handy email tracking features. Overall, it is a great assistant when using email. ### 6. We utilise this product to automate email tracking into Salesforce - does this automatically and much more. We really like the UI and the way it is designed, It stays out of your way yet there when you need it. **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** So far is a good product, but we are just early users, we need more time to know better the capabilities, I knew a teams with problems not receiving the right links (different domains) which can be frustrating, but we so far dont have this problem yet. **Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io:** Vocus.io is truly an effective email management tool to help you to increase the productivity of your sales and support processes. Great solution for small teams looking to scale operations and reduce the time of follow-up. The company offers a 30-day free trial and then $4.99 per month or the Professional pack that has a limited offer of $7.99. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Customer support, sales strategy, and databases. I love having the snippets tool for only a month. It's a great tool love how it works through chrome/gsuite, We really like the "Snippets" feature. Perfect shortcut for small business owners who are just getting into networking. Another important featurel is the ability to automate followups. We all know that followup emails certainly double the chance of getting a response, but many times, the day-to-day business activities hinder effective followup of emails. ### 7. Sometimes I type in a persons name in an address book and cant find it, but when I use Vocus it helps me find the person with little efforts. **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** Spelling and grammar check is not very good compared to other extensions **Recommendations to others considering Vocus.io:** Really like it overall, once you are familiar with the tools (especially the email tracking) it can be easy to use. My least favorite feature is the templates, wish they were a little bit more customizable **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use it to organize some of my business emails and ensure that it is organized so it doesnt take me forever to manage my emails. ### 8. Great customer support too, whenever I encounter a bug, the team keeps going back and forth with me until we've found a solution. **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** I don't like that it is not always accurate as to which party is opening the email (this is problematic when there are 5 different parties cc-d and you can't really tell who opened it). That being said, because most emails are just me and one other recipient, it hasn't affected me much. **What problems is Vocus.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lead conversion. I look to when prospects are checking proposals and follow up with them accordingly. It has greatly helped in increasing conversions because I have a better understanding of whether they are considering it (opening email multiple times), received it but haven't opened it, etc. ### 12. (firstly, for a monthly plan instead of annual payment) Vocus.io is cheaper and really excellent for most of the features (snippets, mail merge, follow up, open/clic tracking...). **What do you dislike about Vocus.io?** Snippet forward slash only works with US-English keyboards (for the snippet shortcut).
