First of all what a beautiful and easy to use UI! The translation is very fast. Some room for improvement would be for medical terminologies but so far I’m still impressed.
Problem:
I wish there was a way to collaborate multiple users to help edit the text. The reason why we use these apps is to reach an audience that we normally couldn’t due to language barrier.
Recommendation:
The team ecosystem allows us to have other people verify the translations. This would lock us into the ecosystem because it’s very difficult to transition the team to a different system. Even if we limit the access of the lower tier team members to only edit the text and export video/subtitle files would be enough. Then you can upsell number of admin users to be able to upload their own projects.

Solution:
Global - I would love to be able to toggle between list and thumbnail view of the projects or videos because I’ve usually already organized the file names to quickly reference what it is.
Please let us multi-select all files and projects. It’s so cumbersome to process multiple files.
Subtitle Translator - I primarily use this because I don’t think the ai voice generator technology (in general) is adequate on medical pronunciations. I would love to be able to use the batch upload function similar to the “Video Translator” but without forcing me to pick a voice.
My Tasks - In the “All Tasks” tab I would love to be able to see which folder the project is located so that I can quickly find one that is not assigned to a folder. I would rather see the folder name over the date of translation. However, I would like to see the date of translation when inside the subfolders. Maybe on the top right corner of the thumbnail; replace the “?” Hover card for the “Unsatisfied with the video....” Link with the folder name instead. If I was unsatisfied with a video and wanted to give feedback, I would want to do it during the editing process in the tools project itself. Being in the tools will help me to see what I want to improve but if I’m in the “My Tasks” page, my mind has shifted from project editing to organizational operations.
Please let us batch select and move to different folders. It’s hurting me to have to move a whole bunch of projects one at a time. This is important to help me scale my workflow.
My Assets - Please let us bulk upload here and be able to identify which ones have been processed and which ones have not. Even if we nerf the details in thumbnail view and buff the details in list view.
