The IT department is very customer oriented and delivers amazing desktop solutions for each of our employees while being able to maintain control through the cloud based program that VDI offers. It makes things much easier for IT because it is easier to manage and more economical which enables them to focus on more strategic activities for the business.The other thing that I like about the VDI is that the security levels are way better than working on a regular pc and there is a lower risk with spam and unwanted junk mail coming in from different servers. The connectivity issues that we sometimes experience can sometimes give a headache. When the VDI server is down we are unable to log into our work desktops and unfortunately we lose money when this happens.
