"Reliable, Scalable, and Easy to Integrate – Perfect for Our Needs"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

Videoloft has been an excellent solution for Dataopts in meeting our cloud video storage and remote access requirements. The platform’s interface is intuitive, making it easy for our team and clients to navigate, and the video quality and reliability have consistently met our expectations.

One of the biggest advantages for us has been how seamlessly Videoloft integrates with our existing CCTV infrastructure, saving us both time and costs compared to other options. The ability to access footage securely from anywhere has been a game-changer for remote monitoring, and the scalability means we can easily expand as our needs grow.

The support team, including Joanna, has been responsive, professional, and proactive in ensuring everything runs smoothly. Videoloft has helped us deliver better service to our customers while giving us peace of mind about security and uptime.

Highly recommended for any organization looking for a dependable and flexible cloud video solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

"Effortless Setup and Compliance with Videoloft"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

I love how simple and easy Videoloft is to use. The interface is really simple and laid out easily, making it user-friendly and not overly complicated for end users. I also love how simple they are to install, essentially plug and play, which was super easy and smooth to set up. Most of our users prefer using the Videoloft VMS over the onsite recorder because of its user-friendliness. Additionally, I've been super impressed with Videoloft from day one. What do you dislike about Videoloft?

The only things that come to mind are the user permission interface. I would love to be able to dive more into the granular settings (aka, setting specific permissions for certain users like only being able to view certain cameras) while also keeping it a bit easier to understand. I would love the ability to be able to deploy a temporary demonstration of some of the analytics. I think a lot of customers don't see the value until it's right in front of them. Also, maybe being able to create custom sized camera views. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simplified Security, Needs User-Friendly Enhancements"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

I use Videoloft for managing and viewing my security system at my business. It provides a clear, very simple, and reliably functional solution to view videos, whether historical or live, from anywhere I have an Internet connection. It gives me the ability to view portions of our building without having to roam the halls. The recording features provide a sense of security by allowing me to always go back and view past events, whether for security or basic building and employee management purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

Features can be hard to navigate in the settings, like changing camera settings or viewing angles. It's a bit more involved than I would like since I'm not an IT or security professional. I'd prefer to change the viewing angle of my 360 cameras more easily and feel confident doing it myself instead of relying on an IT professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Convenient, Affordable, and Effortless Monitoring"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

I use Videoloft to manage and watch all my stores at once from my office, and it helps me save the footage in the cloud. It saves me the trouble of going to 10 locations at once, allowing me to stay up with all the cameras on my computer, TV, and phone app. I find it cheap with the prices and convenient. Everything is good and I haven’t faced any issues at all. Videoloft has everything I need, so I don't use any other tools with it. The initial setup was really easy, and for someone looking for a solution for the first time, Videoloft didn’t disappoint. I am so satisfied with it that I would rate it 10 out of 10 when it comes to recommending it to a friend or colleague. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

"Effortless CCTV Monitoring with User-Friendly Interface"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

I like that Videoloft has an easy-to-use interface, which makes it straightforward to log in and view CCTV feeds without much setup required. I also find the pricing to be reasonable. The initial setup was very easy as our CCTV provider helped us, and from there, accessing the web interface has been seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

Has worked well for our needs so far, though we haven't needed to fully utilize the advanced features like auto-captured events and analytics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Video Search, Easy Setup"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

I use Videoloft across all of my sites and find the search function makes it very easy for the clients to find exactly what they need. The video search features are what I like most because they make it easier and quicker to find what users are after. The usability of the Videoloft platform was a big reason for switching from UniView, and I found the initial setup to be very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

The masking of areas, to exclude these areas from detecting motion. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable, secure integration, and easy-to-use"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

It’s a great alternative to a local NVR, removing the need for on-site hardware and maintenance. It made our CCTV access and storage simple and convenient. I like how easily it integrates with our existing cameras and allows us to review important events quickly through its event-based recording. This saves storage space and makes it easier to focus on critical footage. The platform is user-friendly, accessible from anywhere, and the support team is always responsive and helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

The recording is mostly event-based, which works well for saving storage and focusing on important moments, but it may not be ideal for situations where continuous recording is required. Full-time recording could be an option, but it would likely require a more reliable and higher-speed internet connection to ensure smooth uploads. While this hasn’t been a major issue for us, having the flexibility to easily switch between event-based and full-time recording would make the system even more versatile. "Simple straightforward functionality, easy implementation, solid cloud-based interface, inexpensive."
What do you like best about Videoloft?

Videoloft requires very little on premise setup, aside from acquiring, mounting, and configuring cameras. Video storage is all cloud, access is web-based and can be from anywhere. Adding or replacing cameras is easy too. There was virtually no complication integrating the cameras into our local network, and still having them reach out to the cloud platform with little or no extra configuration. They have a reasonable selection of compatible cameras, depending on what features you need (360 view, plate and/or face recognition, PTZ controllable, etc). The cameras are viewable in real time from the web interface, but can also be accessed directly via IP on the local network. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

It is so straightforward and simplified that sometimes it feels a little like an Apple product, where options are streamlined and simplified. The customization and settings don't get super granular, but honestly it hasn't proven to be problematic. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, functional, effective and great customer service"
What do you like best about Videoloft?

It does what it says it does.

No hundreds of unused features. We linked our cameras to the device the supplied and it all just works. Can't fault Videoloft. So easy to implement and integrate our cameras into their system.

Cost effective, time effective, and when I've spoken to them, they are super-helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about them. They've never let me down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Reliable remote access, and easy to use."
What do you like best about Videoloft?

The remote access just works, no complicated set up or port forwarding. I can log in from anywhere without needing to connect through a VPN. For someone who manages multiple systems and needs fast access it saves alot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Videoloft?

The mobile app works well for quick access, but it's not quite as full-featured as the web version. It's not a dealbreaker though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
