The interface is really simple and laid out easily, making it user-friendly and not overly complicated for end users. I also love how simple they are to install, essentially plug and play, which was super easy and smooth to set up. Most of our users prefer using the Videoloft VMS over the onsite recorder because of its user-friendliness. Additionally, I've been super impressed with Videoloft from day one. I would love to be able to dive more into the granular settings (aka, setting specific permissions for certain users like only being able to view certain cameras) while also keeping it a bit easier to understand. I would love the ability to be able to deploy a temporary demonstration of some of the analytics. I think a lot of customers don't see the value until it's right in front of them. I like that Videoloft provides a basic, easy to manage solution for our straightforward 6 camera setup with very little onsite equipment. The easy web interface makes managing everything simple. I appreciate the automatic clips of definable detected activity, and even though we don't use them, the additional features like facial and license plate recognition sound impressive. The relatively low cost of implementation and ease of installation made it an easy choice and very low hassle endeavor.
