I appreciate the automatic clips of definable detected activity, and even though we don't use them, the additional features like facial and license plate recognition sound impressive. The relatively low cost of implementation and ease of installation made it an easy choice and very low hassle endeavor. It continues to be a low maintenance, low effort tool, which is great since all things considered, the initial setup and implementation were very easy. **What do you dislike about Videoloft?** There really isn't anything I can think of, given the way we use it. **What problems is Videoloft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Videoloft provides a basic, easy-to-manage solution for our security cameras, requiring very little onsite equipment. I also love how simple they are to install, essentially plug and play, which was super easy and smooth to set up. Most of our users prefer using the Videoloft VMS over the onsite recorder because of its user-friendliness. Additionally, I've been super impressed with Videoloft from day one. **What do you dislike about Videoloft?** The only things that come to mind are the user permission interface. I would love to be able to dive more into the granular settings (aka, setting specific permissions for certain users like only being able to view certain cameras) while also keeping it a bit easier to understand. I would love the ability to be able to deploy a temporary demonstration of some of the analytics. I think a lot of customers don't see the value until it's right in front of them. No hundreds of unused features. We linked our cameras to the device the supplied and it all just works. Can't fault Videoloft. So easy to implement and integrate our cameras into their system. Cost effective, time effective, and when I've spoken to them, they are super-helpful. **What do you dislike about Videoloft?** Honestly, I can't think of anything I don't like about them. They've never let me down. **What problems is Videoloft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Rather than trying to run a CCTV system onsite and learning yet another setup, Videoloft allows you to just connect cameras to their device which then does the rest for you. You then tell it when to record and thats it. So simple. ### 10. I can log in from anywhere without needing to connect through a VPN. For someone who manages multiple systems and needs fast access it saves alot of time. **What do you dislike about Videoloft?** The mobile app works well for quick access, but it's not quite as full-featured as the web version. It's not a dealbreaker though. **What problems is Videoloft solving and how is that benefiting you?** Before Videoloft we were juggling aging on-site NVRs, patchy VPN connections and fragmented systems for each location. That made it hard to respond quickly to incidents. Now we have centralised remote access and cloud storage, which cuts down on site visits. ### 11.
