**What do you like best about viaPeople Performance Management Software?**

What I like best about viaPeople is its flexibility and level of customization. Unlike many performance management platforms, it adapts to our organization's existing review cycles, workflows, and reporting structure instead of forcing us to change our processes. The platform includes performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, goal management, and succession planning in one solution. The implementation and customer support teams have also been excellent, providing responsive, white-glove service and helping ensure the platform is configured to meet our specific business needs.

**What do you dislike about viaPeople Performance Management Software?**

One area for improvement is that, because viaPeople is highly configurable, the initial setup and implementation can take more planning than a plug-and-play solution. However, the implementation team provides excellent guidance throughout the process, and the flexibility is well worth it once the platform is fully configured. It would also be great to see even more out-of-the-box reporting dashboards and additional third-party integrations in future updates.

viaPeople has helped us replace manual and inconsistent performance review processes with a structured, configurable system that fits the way our organization operates. It has improved goal tracking, performance reviews, 360-degree feedback, and succession planning while giving managers better visibility into employee performance. The platform has also reduced administrative work, increased consistency across review cycles, and made it easier to support employee development and make more informed talent decisions.
