VGPM is all-in-one ABA practice management software built for streamlined operations. It combines scheduling, billing, data collection, authorization tracking, credential management, HIPAA-compliant messaging, and real-time financial reporting in a single platform designed specifically for how ABA practices operate. Scheduling is session-based with built-in authorization validation to prevent services from being scheduled beyond approved units. Billing runs on ABA-specific CPT codes with automated claims submission and real-time claim tracking through a Glass Box dashboard. Data collection supports field and clinic sessions with auto-generated session notes. Authorization tracking monitors approved units and flags upcoming expirations. Credential management tracks certifications, licensure, and payer enrollments across the entire team. Additional capabilities include multi-office management, timesheet conversion, task management, custom notes and forms, one-time signature capture, a secure client portal, EHR, and advanced reporting. **What do you like best about VGPM?**

What I found most helpful about VGPM is its simplicity and it’s extremely easy to use, even for someone who doesn’t want to spend a lot of time learning a new system. The AI and automation features are a huge time-saver and really cut down on manual work, which lets me focus more on what matters most. I also appreciate that VGPM offers an all-in-one solution; instead of needing multiple programs for different tasks, everything I need is in one place. It makes my workflow much more efficient and stress-free.

**What do you dislike about VGPM?**

I don’t dislike it. Just like any program it has its pain points of getting started and changing from one program to another.

**What problems is VGPM solving and how is that benefiting you?**

VGPM solves the problem of wasting time and energy managing multiple tools, manual processes, and complex workflows. Instead of juggling different programs and getting bogged down in repetitive tasks, VGPM uses AI and automation to simplify and streamline everything in one easy-to-use platform. It saves me time, keeps me organized, and reduces the mental clutter that comes from trying to manage too many moving parts. Having an all-in-one solution allows me to focus more on reaching my goals instead of spending valuable time on busy work.
