Scheduling is session-based with built-in authorization validation to prevent services from being scheduled beyond approved units. Billing runs on ABA-specific CPT codes with automated claims submission and real-time claim tracking through a Glass Box dashboard. Data collection supports field and clinic sessions with auto-generated session notes. Authorization tracking monitors approved units and flags upcoming expirations.
