Vevs was extremely easy to set up - the platform is really easy-to-use even from people like me without a lot of technical knowledge. It was also very important for me how my boats look on the website and that the design is really proffesional and clean as my business is completely online, so I am extremely happy with the pre-made templates.
When I have required assistance or had questions the customer support has been excellent. What I like the most is that I've got a precise answer to my questions rather than getting a ticket with a short answer which I received from a previous supplier. I even got advice from Marina regarding bettering my business management which is great even though it wasn’t her task at all.
The monthly subscription is very competitive compared to others - I have used another company who charged a $1800 set up fee and had higher monthly costs and the Vevs pricing is very reasonable especially for a new business like mine, which is really hard to find nowadays especially in the IT sector.
