What do you like best about Velostics?

Integration and training is very straightforward and fast which allows new users to get acclimated quickly. We started out with the basic features, which addressed the bulk of our scheduling issues, then "turned on" additional features to enhance the experience, better control scheduling, better control labor and equipment resources, and improve throughput. Customer support is phenomenal and super responsive to issues and ideas for future enhancements. As we continue to grow, Velostics will be able to keep up with our needs. What do you dislike about Velostics?

Some settings and workflows are understandably fixed, based on initial development, which requires our internal SOP customization to workaround, but there has not been a major obstacle that hasn't been addressed, improved, or fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velostics?

my favorite part so far is being bale to track the drivers on the dock sitting to getting loaded. still in the early proccess with this so we have not had much to explore on what all they have offer but will be looking forword to using them soon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velostics?

honestly theres nothing to dislke with velostics. any small issues i have run into. I get a response with an hour or so on it being fixed or explaned what changed and how to improve for a better use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Velostics?

The thing I like the most about Velostics is the ability for the program to be customized to fit our needs. The quick response and constant care of the customer service team along with their ability to understand how my company operates and how to make changes to better suit us rather than just providing a cookie cutter program and expecting everyone to use it the same, is very refreshing. And as simple as the program is to use, it is powerful enough to continue meeting our needs as we grow as a company. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Velostics?

If I had to pick a downside it would be the slight time delays between requesting a change and the changes being implemented, this has never been a major issue as they have always worked diligently to find alternative fixes to accomplish what was needed until permanent changes were made. What do you like best about Velostics?

We like the simplicity of the interface and ease of use of the tool. It was fast to implement and didn't take much time for our assoiciates to learn how to use it. What do you dislike about Velostics?

In the very begining we had some hickups with the instance that would casue some UI issues but that was resolved once they redesigned the user interface. The email notification system works better now, but definitely we had some conserns in the begining when emails were not sent out after certain actions performed.
