**What do you like best about Velostics?**

Integration and training is very straightforward and fast which allows new users to get acclimated quickly. We started out with the basic features, which addressed the bulk of our scheduling issues, then "turned on" additional features to enhance the experience, better control scheduling, better control labor and equipment resources, and improve throughput. Customer support is phenomenal and super responsive to issues and ideas for future enhancements. As we continue to grow, Velostics will be able to keep up with our needs.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

Some settings and workflows are understandably fixed, based on initial development, which requires our internal SOP customization to workaround, but there has not been a major obstacle that hasn't been addressed, improved, or fixed.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Velostics took dock scheduling out of endless and disruptive email chains and put it into a very structured and controlled environment. Overbooking is now rare (mostly self-inflicted based on customer urgency and seasonality) and resource allocation is much more effective.

**What do you like best about Velostics?**

my favorite part so far is being bale to track the drivers on the dock sitting to getting loaded. still in the early proccess with this so we have not had much to explore on what all they have offer but will be looking forword to using them soon.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

honestly theres nothing to dislke with velostics. any small issues i have run into. I get a response with an hour or so on it being fixed or explaned what changed and how to improve for a better use.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I guess with me being to track the drivers and how long they sit I can then go back and ask the courier why they charged me for detention when their driver was not sitting long in the dock.

**What do you like best about Velostics?**

The thing I like the most about Velostics is the ability for the program to be customized to fit our needs. The quick response and constant care of the customer service team along with their ability to understand how my company operates and how to make changes to better suit us rather than just providing a cookie cutter program and expecting everyone to use it the same, is very refreshing. And as simple as the program is to use, it is powerful enough to continue meeting our needs as we grow as a company.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

If I had to pick a downside it would be the slight time delays between requesting a change and the changes being implemented, this has never been a major issue as they have always worked diligently to find alternative fixes to accomplish what was needed until permanent changes were made.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Scheduling trucks, time management, yard and dock capacity, transparency and communication within my company.

**What do you like best about Velostics?**

We like the simplicity of the interface and ease of use of the tool. It was fast to implement and didn't take much time for our assoiciates to learn how to use it. We definitely like the support and dedication Velostics team provides as they are always ready to help us when the needs be.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

In the very begining we had some hickups with the instance that would casue some UI issues but that was resolved once they redesigned the user interface. The email notification system works better now, but definitely we had some conserns in the begining when emails were not sent out after certain actions performed.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes the dock managemnet rather easier. We do not anticipate unexpected deliveires now as everything has to be scheduled.

The bacis of there product fit out needs very well, form there we have had great sucess partnering with them to make the tool work even better for our needs.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

they are working on improving there product all the time and pushing out updates almost monthly. the issue however is they dont comunicat thoughs updated and fetures well.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

they gave us the abuility to have outside fraight carriers creat there own appiontments. elevating the need to have an inhouse position for that.

**What do you like best about Velostics?**

Love the interface. Easy to use. Loads can be shown on a daily or weekly basis all in one place. Support was and has been very active in helping with both the initial integration and day to day functions. Load details are easily searchable and organized.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

Completely internet oriented. Not able to use offline.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Appointment tracking is a huge part of our departments functionality, so Velostics brings a sense of organization to that aspect.

We enlisted Velostics to oversee appointment management for our busy receiving center. Integration was seamless, requiring only two online meetings. The system's user-friendliness caters to both suppliers and logistics providers alike. The cost is thoroughly justified by the outcome.

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

The pros far out weigh a few limitations of the system.

Carriers are able to schedule their own appointments

**What do you dislike about Velostics?**

Not being able to switch delivery appointments from one building to another with just being able to select one. You have to cancel and reschedule the appointment.

**What problems is Velostics solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Velostics has solved any issue that I have presented them with in a very timely manner.
