nice UI on the portal, and API, webhook available to use.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

order grid required to enter order to search, would be nice to allow to set limit like 100 orders, by page would be best. yes, we do have lots of open orders.

We use API calls to check appt, sometimes with errors, not sure at our end or API end.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

It's ability to integrate with our systems has unlocked a new world of reporting. It was easy to stand up and all of our customers use it today. We leverage both the booking management which is easy to use, along with data we incorporate into our reporting

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

It isn't a downfall of conduit but we have a lot of nuanced processes. Sometimes our customers using conduit find edge cases that don't fit seamlessly into their setup

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Conduit helps us do a couple of very important things. It helps our carrier partners book appointments in a self service manner so that they can drive to our warehouse facilities to drop off or pick up truckloads. It also opens up our reporting to new data around inbound and outbound shipments - particularly our "Dock to Stock" tracking. This is helping our team become much more efficient on site.

Conduit is solving being able to speak communicate with drivers much easier if they are not in the office.

Carriers and customers have real-time updates. No more emailing for ETAs, Or carrier asking if the driver checked in.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

sometimes its how it will auto populate . Example you select carrier infromation and it will also change the PO# which can cause issues. I wish it would auto popluate just the field you are working in.

lots of emails from carriers or carriers telling the vendor driver was on time when they werent. Eliminate the back and forth

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

We love how the Conduit team actively listens to our feedback and collaborates with us to enhance their platform. The standout support from team members Conrad, Paul, and Robert, along with their one-on-one meetings to understand our needs, has exceeded all our expectations. The platform itself is wonderfully user-friendly, with excellent location-specific customization options that make it perfect for our needs. The ease of implementation was incredibly simple and very self-explanatory, allowing us to quickly integrate it into our operations without hassle. What's been particularly valuable is access to metrics we've never had before, giving us unprecedented insight into our operations. Our carriers have given very positive feedback, stating they love the ease of making appointments, updating ETA's, and rescheduling. We've even pushed the platform beyond its intended use cases, and the Conduit team has responded flawlessly to these challenges, demonstrating their exceptional flexibility and support capabilities.

There is not much I can say that is negitive concerning the Team or platform.

It is easy to check trucks in/out. It is also easy to create work ins as needed

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

It doesn't have a place for a PO and Container number separately. This causes issues where some of my merchants enter the Container number instead of the PO, but the site needs BOTH of these pieces of information for drop containers

conduit is helping us solve the issue of having trucks scheduled and knowing what to expect on a daily basis at our site

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

Conduit, is easy to use.  Collects pertainent information, and displays it in a way that's easy to read and understand.  We process between 25 and 50 trucks a day.  I can understand what kind of shape we are in a minute or two:

Home screen offers five options on how to view data.  Also offers a summary.  
1. How many trucks are scheduled.
2. How many orders are ready.
3. How many trucks have shown up.
4. How many trucks have yet to show.
5. How many trucks are in detention.

Favorite part is they worked with me to build a custom report that can be downloaded at the end of the day.
We download the report and add it to running spreadsheet that keeps track of all shipments throughout the year.  We used to type this information manually, which took hours a day.  Now we can download and upload in less than five minutes.

Conduit's support has been stellar, the implementation was easy, and the integration was simple.  This is our fourth Ship Management Software, and by far the best.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Our experience with Conduit has been excellent.  No complaints.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Dispatchers are able to shedule appointments for truck drivers.  They also update, Conduit whenever anything changes.  Having up todate current information makes are operation run more efficiently, because we are able to better prioritize what orders to process.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

I like that carriers/vendors can schedule or reschedule their appointments.  The time saved from answering emails and voicemails is considerable.  Sometimes you end up playing phone tag or you're rescheduling a delivery multiple times, but that is no longer the case.  Frustration has dissapeared since implementing Conduit.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Conduit works with your company to make improvements.  We had a need to implement changes that were causing us problems.  One example was not being able to send pictures in the driver chat.  The Conduit team quickly implemented this feature.  I am please with Conduit's drive to keep improving their product for the consumer.  The customer support form Conduit is top notch.  There is no app for Conduit, but I have been told that is in the works.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem solved was the labor needed to schedule appointments.  We had to have a team member spend 75% of their day managing incoming calls and emails.  This was completely eliminated and now we only spend 30 minutes a day to follow up on email or phone calls.  Metrics provided by Conduit also help eliminate redundant data entry.

It's flexibility could be detrimental with the wrong users. However, it can be set up to force users to be use it in a particular way if you decide to.

Appointment scheduling, access control at the gate our our facility and dock management.
It is also helping us to keep track of new KPI like receiving time and reducing cost due to detentions.

Conduit is great at ensuring our customers have an easy way to book inbound and outbound appointments at our warehouses. This helps our team with labor planning and preventing theft by ensuring and validating that all trucks that enter our yard are expected and validated.

Some customization requires outreach to the Conduit team instead of being a self-serve function from the UI.

Conduit gives me the ability to spread my day out over schedule and data based sheets and logs. Its 'click of a button' accessability streamlines multiple criteria to help me progress through my day with little navigation

While they have been working on fixing it, the loading and freezing of the application still plagues workflow during high volume points of the day

I like that the Team at Conduit listens to their customers' requests and is interested in working with them to improve their platform! Conrad, Paul, and especially Robert, have been outstanding to work with and have exceeded my expectations. The platform is very easy to use and customizes settings for your location.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

The Alert when drivers check-in is loud and lets you know drivers have arrived, it would be cool if the facilities admin could pick their own tone or alert noise....

It is allowing us to track our trailers onsite electronically instead of a paper list.

Using Conduit has streamlined our process at a company. Not having to track down paperwork and people saves our company tons of time and money, more than enough to justify the cost of Conduit. It is also user friendly for all of our employees.

If I had to write anything negative about conduit, it would only be that we didn't have access to this tool soon enough.

Being able to schedule/block out times for a week/month ahead is a plus for our use.

Unable to reschedule an appointment from the actual appointment, i.e. if it needs to be moved to another date/time, we have to cancel original appointment and start with a new. Being able to reschedule from original, we would be able to see that this has been rescheduled rather than having to add notes to the new

The ease of scheduling for the vendors. 
Vendors can do their own scheduling. The information available to see on the dock schedule. The support we get when we are asking for information or changes.

When an appointment is rescheduled for a different day it would be nice if it showed as rescheduled on the original day they were scheduled for.

My favorite thing about Conduit is the gentleman who started it and run it. They are always eager to learn and get better. That is what makes a good product. They are very hard workers!

I would not consider it a "dislike", but the application that we use currently, Opendock, is a lot like Conduit.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the more "up-to-date" approach that Conduit is taking by including QR codes, texting, etc. Makes it easier on all involved.

Conduit has helped us tremendously to see all warehouse activity at a glance. We can check anywhere and anytime the status of inbounds, outbounds, etc. It helps direct man power, schedule your team appropriately and manage the dock allocation.

We hope that in the near future an app is created for iOS and Android where everything would be more legible as compared to the cellphone browser view.

You can view the activity for each appointment. Who requested, who created appt, who rescheduled, when, etc.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Unable to override "facility rescheduled" confirmation option I.E. scheduler is not receiving rescheduled emails from Conduit and we need to cancel and create a new appt on our end so that it's set and driver able to check in once arrived

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Limiting the amount of incoming emails/calls requesting appointments, reducing calls/emails to warehouse to find out status of load since Conduit provides visibility on status whether checked in/out, in process of loading/unloading, dock door, etc. Gives more time to do other work in office.

The best part of Conduit is being able to communicate with our drivers via conduit and they love it because they know when to come in to grab their paperwork.

There are not any down sides to conduit that I have experienced.

The one problem it is solving is assigning a dock door to a reciever , I feel like it created less confusion on who it is assigned to.

it is new to me so i dont have much experience so far.

conduit makes it easy to see what loads are scheduled when and the status of each of them. this makes it so that we dont have to rely on third person information to see the status of our loads.

The ability to check drivers in without needing them to pull up to the office to come inside and physcially check in. This allows our parking lot to be less congested and get drivers in dock doors in a more efficient manner.

There are no negatives/issues I've expereinced while using Conduit.

Conduit is actually easy to move around in. It has majority of what you need to create, reset, delete, and post the appointments. You can pretty much make it work for the needs of your company.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

I actually don't have any issues with Conduit at this time. My first inital issue was the time it took for the information to generate onto the report side of Conduit, but that has since been fixed.

Conduit has been easy to work with and support is great. They continue to update and add features that make it more and more useable to our teams.

Custom appointment set up helps us in managing our work flow. Our purchasing team uses it to confirm incoming orders are booking appintments in time frames needed to fulfill production commitments. We can track our incoming materials in real time to know exactly when each order is coming in.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

The best thing about Conduit is that our customers can schedule without our help and forces each client to provide the inbound manifest since we have 38 differnet clients and keeps track of our dock.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

not being able to block time off by containers and pallet on loads as we sometimes get booked too heavy because of florr loaded containers taking over an hour to unload.

It is keeping us from haainvg to answer 37 emails everyday.

With Conduit we were able to move away from our manual appointment scheduling process across multiple distirbution centers. Conduit has improved our inbound visiblity and enables us to measure carrier on-time performance.

I'm a fairly new user to Conduit and have no dislikes or issues yet.

We were able to move away from our manually scheduling appointment process. Conduit also provides great inbound visblilty and enables us to track and measure carrier on-time performance.

The ease of use. Everything is straight forward. No guessing or clicking buttons hoping they work.

I haven't found anything to dislike about the platform.

Dock management. Conduit has eliminated most of the guess work when it comes to managing our dock. Everyone is now on the same page in regards to where a truck is or should be on the yard.

Conduit is helpful because all you need is a docket number and everything gets generated for you. So simple.

Sometimes it takes several minutes to recognize docket number

Everything can be scanned into the order docket without having to go into other systems to look for photos, BOLS, saving a lot of time on administration side.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

We're sharing the load with our vendors (pun intended). By giving them access to our Receiving schedule, we can now "hands off" the process of setting appointments. We simply have to approve once those appointment requests are in. Conduit then allows us to collaborate internally and externally in one space, versus splintering off on multiple email threads and phone calls. We can collaborate with schedulers through the site, subscribe to appointment notifications and flag priorities, receive BOLs and related documents early and more directly, as well as chat with drivers in multiple languages after check-in.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

We partnered with Conduit very early on, so there has been a ton of development as we go. With this, has come a bit of a learning curve for our vendors (i.e. as new features and functionality rolls out), but nothing too daunting! It's been exciting to see the site adapt and hit on some of those early wishlist items.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One word: Control. Previously, we ran our receiving schedule out of an Excel spreadsheet. Despite a consistent internal training approach, each individual user made exceptions to rules and managed add-ins differently. The result was a free-for-all inbound operation. We've now come to understand our actual receiving capacity and how best to schedule while being mindful of downstream processes. Within the site, we've organized our facility based on types of receivables, each with a unique setting tied to it and a maximum number of allowable appointments per day.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

Conduit was a game changer to our daily inbound distribution operations. From the ease of implementation for all departments to navigate and the flexibility to adjust personal settings to each individual needs. Conduit has help with managing our daily inbound schedule and provided real time tracking features. With conduit we have improve the efficiency with all inbound loads as well as strength communication lines internally and externally. Our customers and carriers appreicate how easy it is to book / reschedule all appointments for delivery, they absolutely love the real live alert reminders received regarding each appointment status.

I have absolutely no complaints on conduit.

Closing gaps to help improve overall communication both internally and externally. Allowing access to daily inbounds appointments to sure deadlines are being met. Real time tracking features has benefited both Receiving department internally and vendors to ensure deliveries are arriving on time, if delays vendors are able to provide an eta notifying of any delays or reschedules.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

What I love the most about conduit was the visability it gave me when it come to trucks show up on time or not showing up at all.
The ease of use and the ease of implementation were really key factors in the abillity of the team to use it and get up and running fast. 
I belieive docks/site/trucks visability is an overlooked part of the logsitics operations and I beleive the Conduit solution can help resolve and shine a light on this area.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Conduit offer is great but I think at the moment it's pretty limited in what it can offer after the inital offering.
The team at Conduit if working on improvments and new features and this I beleive will result in a more wholesome product offering.

**What problems is Conduit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The truck to site visability feature allows me as a remote manager to understnad better if there's an issue with any of the booked trucks.
That visability allows me to be pro-active with the team on site and resolve potential issue prior to these items developing into major issues.

**What do you like best about Conduit?**

My team uses Conduit daily. Conduit has made scheduling and dock management easier for the team. Before it was jumping between spreadsheets and a variety of files. Now, it is all centralized. Scheduling is simplified with a centralized system, and our team can easily access and track requests. Vendors are directed to a link where they can schedule appointments autonomously, whereas before it was multiple phone calls and emails which generated unnecessary noise and stress. The data generated by Conduit is clean and easily accessible, making it quite useful for analytics and KPIs.

**What do you dislike about Conduit?**

Currently, there's no iOS/Android app available, which I think would be fantastic for both internal teams and vendors to manage appointments/dock more conveniently and access data/visuals.

Scheduling, communication with vendors, data analysis, warehouse management, productivity boost.
