Some of the direct causes in the industrial tool do not line up with every setting. For example, labs. It would be beneficial to have more options that can coorelate with multiple settings. Velocity EHS is an all encompassing platform to assist in the company's compliance with OSHA regulations around chemical safety. The platform is easy to use and for those times where you hit a bump in the road the help center is extremely helpful with multiple resources. If you want to go a step further the platform also hosts live monthly training sessions. For any other help you may need, you have a dedicated CSM who are always very responsive, like Pooja Mathur. I wish that pulling the active manager role list results were laid out a little bit differently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The trainer was very well informed and explained things clearly. It would be nice if the indexing was done automatically; almost how when a resume is uploaded to a job search site, the information is taken from the resume and entered into their respective fields. The chemical management software is very intuitive and easy to navigate. I consider it the gold standard for SDS management. I appreciate the guides and resources so new users can get easily integrated without a lot of hands-on support needs from the adminstrator - saving time!

In general, I love the support - both technical and administrative - from the Velocity team. Having a go-to point of contact (CSM) who is always available, knowledgeable, and consistent has made the rare problem solving very smooth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only barrier we have faced is when trying to add a new module in a different field, the timing did not work in our favor, and the pricing structure drastically changed. The increased prices were cost-prohibitive, and we were not able to retain the software unfortunately due to our large size. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It will keep track of the SDS of our chemical inventory. We can assign them to rooms they are in. You can assign a container a barcode for use with the app. They have a lot of webinars about different stuff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
