I use Vantage Desk to organize my tasks and projects into small, actionable components that are easy to track and monitor, and to collaborate with my team. It solves the huge hassle of keeping track of the many small tasks within a project, and I find it superior to alternatives I’ve tried, such as Monday.com and Microsoft Planner. I love how customizable it is—each person on the team can have a different-looking theme, which feels like a breath of fresh air. The features and customization are at a fascinating level. I can request changes, and they have them implemented within a day. When we come across a specific issue, a requested feature can fix the whole problem for us, like turning meeting notes into individual tasks in Vantage Desk. I have it directly integrated with Slack and my Microsoft suite, and it adds events to my calendar for me, which is great. The initial setup was extremely easy, and they set up an account and page for my organization within a day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I sometimes find the amount of buttons and customization overwhelming at the start. I just need time to learn the essential features behind each button. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
