It brings boards, timelines, workload management, time and budget tracking, team chat and live analytics into one workspace, so teams stop juggling separate tools for tasks, spreadsheets, reports and status updates. Plan and deliver work your way. Use a real-time Kanban board, a filterable task list, a unified calendar and drag-to-reschedule Gantt timelines with dependencies. Projects carry milestones, budgets and a live health score, so risks show up before they become delays. A colour-coded workload heatmap shows daily task density per person, making it easy to spot overallocation weeks in advance and rebalance work. Keep clients in the loop without paying for guest seats. The client portal gives each client a branded, read-only link to their own project, with an expiry you set and a revoke you control. Pair it with branded PDF progress reports and client updates. On the Business plan, Vantage Desk branding comes off client-facing pages entirely, so it looks like your own software. AI that does the retyping, not the deciding. Paste an email or drop in a Word file, PDF, Excel sheet, CSV or meeting transcript, and Vantage Desk proposes the projects, tasks and sub-tasks it describes, with owners and dates where available. Run it again after a follow-up meeting and it updates existing work instead of duplicating it. You can also generate an editable PowerPoint report for any project, with charts drawn from real hours, budgets and dates. Nothing is saved until you approve it, and AI is included from the Professional plan up, never metered or sold as credits. Run the team, not just the tasks. Organise people into teams and departments, choose from five built-in roles (Administrator, Super User, Manager, Member and Viewer) or create custom roles, and control page access per person. Track time on the task itself with billable rates, and watch allocated, billed and remaining budget update as work happens. Automations handle repetitive steps, and the activity log records what fired. Stay aligned. Team chat sits beside the work it concerns, announcements stay pinned, and notifications reach people in app, by push, by email, in Microsoft Teams or in Slack. Live dashboards track velocity, completion rates, cycle time and overdue trends, with one-click export to Excel and PDF. Built in Canada, priced in CAD.
