&lt;p&gt;Something worth asking beyond visibility itself is how these handle cost allocation across business units once hybrid infrastructure is shared. Does anyone actually get a clean chargeback report out of one of these, or does that still end up as a spreadsheet exercise afterward?&lt;/p&gt;
