What do you like best about Ushur?

The Ushur platform is easy to engage with for Aflac's needs. It has been invaluable as a platform for our BSP's. Customer support and partnership has been one of its best values for the platform making it easier to collaborate and communicate our needs for what the platform needs to be. What do you like best about Ushur?

Good customer support thus far. Solution-oriented and willing to work with us to find the best solution for our staff and the members we serve. Ushur staff have shared a lot of industry insights and best practices with us that have also been very useful to optimize our results. We have had great success and minimal issues in running monthly text message campaigns to a large member audience within the Ushur platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

A lot of features in Ushur Studio are still in development, so there are some bugs when creating workflows. However, customer success has been very responsive in addressing these issues and we understand that the new interface is a work in progress. We are also eagerly awaiting additional analytic features for analyzing responses from our text campaigns, as we are having to do that work manually right now. What do you like best about Ushur?

One of the major benefits of Ushur is its low-code platform, which empowers our Agile Development Teams to build and customize applications quickly and efficiently without extensive coding knowledge. This has enabled us to streamline our development process and reduce reliance on traditional coding methods. Ushur's user-friendly interface and intuitive drag-and-drop functionality make it accessible for both technical and non-technical team members. Ushur offers a wide range of pre-built automation workflows and integrations, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and data processing. What do you like best about Ushur?

Ushur actually listen and work together with us to provide intelligent tailored solutions for our customers. The work we have done with the Invisible app, reaching out to customers to support them through a complex journey & giving them instant feedback where there is missing data is going to transform our processes.

There is huge opportunity for future scaling & we are very excited to develop this further. Likewise, the future vision and capabilities of the invisible portal will bring a compelling offering to clients while also delivering significant efficiencies in the backoffice.

What do you dislike about Ushur?

Getting the balance between MVP and a product that has enough feature rich content to market externally is difficult.

Irish Life want to protect their reputation & are quite risk averse in terms of going to customers with a product with limited functionality. We need to work together better to set realistic expectations for senior business stakeholders.
