Ushur’s ability to tailor its solutions to fit specific business needs is fantastic. Whether in healthcare or any other sector, you can adjust the platform to meet your exact requirements, ensuring it works seamlessly with your unique processes! A standout feature has been the customer success manager, who guides us through each step of implementing campaigns. This hands-on support has been incredibly helpful, ensuring a smooth setup and effective use of the platform.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

The initial setup can be complex and might require more time than expected. Lots of learning but there is help all along the way!

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Problems Ushur Is Solving:
Inefficient Communication, High Volume of Routine Inquiries, Manual Data Entry and Processing, Complexity in Managing Benefits Information, and  Lack of Personalization in Interactions.

The platform can deliver clear and concise information about benefits, helping members understand their coverage without confusion. This can lead to better-informed members and a more seamless experience. Ushur greatly enhances our operations by streamlining communication and automating routine tasks.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

The Ushur platform is easy to engage with for Aflac's needs.  It has been invaluable as a platform for our BSP's.  Customer support and partnership has been one of its best values for the platform making it easier to collaborate and communicate our needs for what the platform needs to be.  The team has worked very hard to meet our needs over the years with amazing success.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

Search functionality would be helpful to the platform.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ushur has helped us solve the issue of information readiness.  In other words, allowing the BSP to have important information and resource in the palm of their hand.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

Good customer support thus far. Solution-oriented and willing to work with us to find the best solution for our staff and the members we serve. Ushur staff have shared a lot of industry insights and best practices with us that have also been very useful to optimize our results. We have had great success and minimal issues in running monthly text message campaigns to a large member audience within the Ushur platform.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

A lot of features in Ushur Studio are still in development, so there are some bugs when creating workflows. However, customer success has been very responsive in addressing these issues and we understand that the new interface is a work in progress. We are also eagerly awaiting additional analytic features for analyzing responses from our text campaigns, as we are having to do that work manually right now.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ushur is allowing us to reach members directly via SMS text messaging. Most of our member communication is via mail; however, mail requires long turnaround times and not all our members have a mailing address. This is opening a lot of possibilities for member communication and feedback, and gives us the power to track the success of communications campaigns more effectively than print. We are also exploring a few other possibilities for member self-service and other solutions that may help members with their most common questions, which will help us work toward reducing call center volume and helping members get what they need more quickly.

The best thing about Ushur is hands down the people who support it.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

You can very much tell it's a startup, what can go wrong seems to go wrong. For example, UAT either requires a lot of resources to help identify the root cause of a failure or more time is required on the build/testing on the Ushur side.

Ushur enables us to deploy message service/email campaigns for members through a personalized InvisibleApp experience.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

The dedicated teams and the powerful platform. I like the ability to get to know the platform and then self-manage. Everyone I have worked with is friendly and they often bring in experts when needed.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

From what I have seen, the cost structure feels prohibitive for some businesses. The analytics still need some refinement, but they accommodate most desired changes.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a secure platform to help inform our membership with a texting campaign. Our need was urgent and I feel like the Ushur team understood and responded to that urgency.

Beautiful and intuitive platform, supportive and flexible project team.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

The current version of the platform auto logs out regularly even when I'm actively using it :( Sometimes I lose progress that I have not saved yet.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ushur is helping us to connect with health plan members via a secure and simple channel. End users with varying levels of digital skills can benefit from both the text messaging and invisible app.

I think the Ushur product is great. It really allows us to potentially reach more of our members. It is also user friendly and not overly complicated.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

There were hurdles with Numbers not matching. Even to this day, our survey numbers are not matching. Although the team always looks into it, it still makes it difficult for us to feel confident in the numbers we see.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ushur allows us to connect with members via text messaging rather than always needing to make an actual phone call. We are able to potentially reach more members by sending them a message checking in, rather than potentially leaving them a voicemail and never hearing back.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

One of the major benefits of Ushur is its low-code platform, which empowers our Agile Development Teams to build and customize applications quickly and efficiently without extensive coding knowledge. This has enabled us to streamline our development process and reduce reliance on traditional coding methods. Ushur's user-friendly interface and intuitive drag-and-drop functionality make it accessible for both technical and non-technical team members. Ushur offers a wide range of pre-built automation workflows and integrations, allowing us to automate repetitive tasks, notifications, and data processing. With every release, they add additional features which often come at no additional charge.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

I know this is on their roadmap, but I would like the ability to customize the look and feel of the apps built with Ushur at a more granular level.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Digitising claims processes so we process claims quicker, Triaging incoming emails so we respond to customers quicker, Interacting with customers so we receive information back from customers quicker.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

Ushur actually listen and work together with us to provide intelligent tailored solutions for our customers. The work we have done with the Invisible app, reaching out to customers to support them through a complex journey & giving them instant feedback where there is missing data is going to transform our processes. 
There is huge opportunity for future scaling & we are very excited to develop this further. Likewise, the future vision and capabilities of the invisible portal will bring a compelling offering to clients while also delivering significant efficiencies in the backoffice.

Ushur are very reactive & supportive along the journey. They have a great team that are committed to delivery.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

Getting the balance between MVP and a product that has enough feature rich content to market externally is difficult. 
Irish Life want to protect their reputation & are quite risk averse in terms of going to customers with a product with limited functionality. We need to work together better to set realistic expectations for senior business stakeholders. 

Pace of roadmap deliverables covers quite an extenstive timeframe.

Intelligently categorising incoming work which reduces/eliminates manual indexation of work
Capturing essential claims supporting documentation & following up when documents are missing before an agent even picks up the work;  
Transformating data to seamlessly pull the relevant data for loading to backend systems. Reducing time spent reformatting & cleaning data;
 Ultimately data quality is the source of so many downstream problems. Ushur is providing a secure portal to exchange data with Brokers & employers which eventually we will be in a position to validate & transform upfront.

Workflows are very easy to build and can be integrated with any platform. 
Inituitive and easy to learn. 
Works amazing when it works. 
UI looks really amazing when viewed on all the browsers. 
Amazing team to work with.

Still some bugs that needs to be taken care of. 
Couple of features still needs to be there, but they are a work in progress and the Ushur team is on point in getting those features in for customers.

Creating automated workflows , Helping our customers file a claim without going to a rep and submitting claim forms easily into our system.

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

Ushur staff are a pleasure to deal with.  They take the time to understand our requirements and to try to meet them.  We have experienced a significant amount of productivity gains using Ushur products over the past few years.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

It can be difficult to get firm delivery dates for new releases.  On several occasions we have experienced flaws on the technical side.  It gives the impression that the releases are not as thoroughly tested as they could be.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Smartmail to reduce the manual handling of the huge volumes of email received in our organisation.  It integrates with our workflow system and has been of great benefit to date.  We are working toward a full B2B solution for secure document transmission using the Invisible Portal.  We are hopeful that this will be a success

**What do you like best about Ushur?**

Their speed of development is astonishingly quick. On numerous occasions, we have approached Ushur with a problem statement, and they have returned within several weeks with a usable proof of concept that can be quickly deployed on our platform. Their relationship management is also excellent. They always support you, and any challenges encountered are tackled with the correct level of urgency. You get a real sense they care about your issues and what you are trying to achieve.

**What do you dislike about Ushur?**

I'm writing this from a business user perspective. Some of the Ushur flows we have built are pretty complicated as we are solving issues with multiple flows and products, and this requires IT expertise to develop and maintain. I want a situation in the future to allow more business users to maintain the flow and make simple adjustments as required. However, this may naturally come in the future as we build up the Ushur expertise in our company.

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our first project with Ushur was to find a solution to triage and direct all our incoming emails to the appropriate service teams. All of this work was done manually. Now, with the help of Ushur, emails are automatically indexed on our workflow system and directed to the service team within several minutes versus a 48 hour turnaround.  The benefits achieved were equivalent to the effort of 7 full-time staff, and it allowed customer queries to reach the intended team in minutes versus days. We have since developed solutions with Ushur that automatically transforms free-form data from our clients into loadable data sets for our business systems, thus reducing significant manual effort. We are in the early phases of deploying a B2B online platform to allow the secure sharing and validation of data, and we have also just launched a retirement claim validation process that utilises Ushur's document scanning and invisible app technology. Our retirement claims will now be automatically scanned and vetted for the supporting documentation, and if any documents are missing, it will trigger an invisible app engagement with the client. This process is all done within 5 minutes versus a 2 to 3-day cycle time when done manually by an agent.

Fluent and pleasant cooperation.  Issues raised are taken care of.  Great innovation aspect. Positive outcomes.

Not always 100% compatible with our company's needs (combination of restrictions at both Ushur end and our company's end).

**What problems is Ushur solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Drive customers towards self-service.
We see a low uptake of the VCA.
Aim is for members to solve their own issues by means of a guided flow.

2. AI labelling is accurate

3. SMS delivery rate is fairly stable now, but tends to fluctuate. Deeper RCA and constant follow-up is needed.
