"Quick way to get insights, discovery and make great product & UX decisions"

What do you like best about UserTesting?

It's really easy to set up a test and generally we have great quality users who take the time to answer questions thoughtfully and insightfully. It allows me to upload a prototype, point to a URL or upload an image which I then ask people to comment on. I use it about every 3-4 weeks to help me make important decisions about the UX of my product. Customer support are really helpful and quick to respond. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about UserTesting?

It could do with more UK users, there are a lot of USA users but it's not clear how many users there may potentially be in different demographic sections like other regions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
