# Which lifestyle spending account platforms provide clear reporting and analytics for measuring implementation success?

Hey all. So launching an LSA is one thing; proving it worked is another, and that comes down to whether the platform gives you usable reporting on engagement and spend. I've been researching the Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) category for the platforms whose reviewers actually speak to reporting and analytics, since that's what lets HR show leadership the program is landing.

Benepass: Admins single out the reporting features and an engagement dashboard as reasons they value it, which are useful for tracking utilization and making the case internally. The related caveat is wanting more granular category-level control alongside the reporting.

Forma: Its benefits-administration heritage brings admin-side visibility across programs on one platform, which reviewers connect to time saved and clearer oversight. Employees mostly praise the front end, so ask to see the admin analytics in a demo.

Awardco: Offers real-time reporting and analytics dashboards covering activity and budget utilization, reflecting its data-oriented rewards roots. Some admins still describe the reporting UI as an area to refine.

JOON: Reviewers note strong engagement and adoption and a centralized view of benefits, with admins valuing how little manual tracking it requires. Deeper analytics is more of a growing area than a headline strength, worth probing for your metrics.

Before you sign anything, ask them to show you the admin dashboard live, not a screenshot. Specifically ask how utilization is broken down and whether you can export it without help from their team. A surprising number of platforms have decent reporting but it takes three support tickets to get the data in a usable format.
