
Useful helps me drive very effective MEDDICC coaching and analysis without requiring any data entry. Everything is automated. Most importantly, Useful's output across all aspects of MEDDIC is dead accurate and very complete.
When I POC'd Useful against the AI capabilities in our other sales tech (ie: call recording software, meetings, forecasting) I found Useful was much more tailored to the work I need to do a sales leader.
When we purchased Useful, I anticipated the product would be most valuable to me as a sales leader but I found our AEs get as much value as I do and they immediately made it part of their daily work flow.
I also use Useful to communicate important details about customer projects to our post sales team. Because Useful captures so many details about why our clients buy, there's extremely valuable information we leverage during the hand off from sales to post sales.
