Exceptional Team and Game-Changing Deal Insights

The team building Useful are some of the most thoughtful and excellent folks to work with that I have ever encountered. They have built a very useful (see that) product that makes it so that we are always aware of any at-risk deals and helps us get ahead of any concerns way faster than we could before.

Essential for Sales Teams—Accurate, Automated MEDDICC Insights and Outstanding Support

Useful helps me drive very effective MEDDICC coaching and analysis without requiring any data entry. Everything is automated. Most importantly, Useful's output across all aspects of MEDDIC is dead accurate and very complete. When I POC'd Useful against the AI capabilities in our other sales tech (ie: call recording software, meetings, forecasting) I found Useful was much more tailored to the work I need to do a sales leader. When we purchased Useful, I anticipated the product would be most valuable to me as a sales leader but I found our AEs get as much value as I do and they immediately made it part of their daily work flow. I also use Useful to communicate important details about customer projects to our post sales team. Because Useful captures so many details about why our clients buy, there's extremely valuable information we leverage during the hand off from sales to post sales. Lastly, the team at Useful has been extremely helpful when it comes to mining important data we want to use in planning (Rev Ops) work.
