"Transforming Incident Response Training"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

Honestly, there isn’t much to fault. One thing I appreciate is how committed the team behind Uptime Labs is to evolving the product — they’re receptive to feedback and regularly roll out new scenarios that keep the training engaging and up to date. Instead of the platform feeling static, it continues to grow alongside the challenges that organizations like ours face, which keeps it highly relevant and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

No real downsides — the platform keeps improving and adding fresh scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Real-Time Resolution Engine for Incident Response & Restoration"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The Ease of understanding what to do next using the structure framework defined by Uptime labs.

dedicated well knowledge team who is always there to help out and bring what best works for our organization . Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

While Uptime Labs is a powerful platform for incident resolution, I feel it could benefit from more human-centric use cases. In my experience, not all incidents can be solved purely through tools and automation. During high-pressure situations, human emotions, stress levels, and communication dynamics play a major role in how effectively a team responds.

It would be valuable if Uptime Labs could better account for these human factors—perhaps by integrating features that support emotional awareness, team morale, or stress-level indicators during incidents. A more empathetic approach could make the platform not just efficient, but truly supportive for the people behind the screens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Realistic practice environment for incident responders to build confidence & skills"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The ability to practice the full range of incident response activities, from assessing impact to troubleshooting to managing customer communication, is invaluable. I LOVE the emphasis on interpersonal coordination, which is key but too often gets ignored. I also love how they capture the weird difficulties of incidents: red herrings, intrusive CXOs, vendor communication, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Scheduling drills is pretty easy but I'd love for drills to be completely on-demand so practitioners can sneak practice into gaps in their days. I'd also like to see drills for entire teams (right now they're configured for 1 or 2 people, with the rest of the responders being AI-backed bots that act like NPCs). "Game changing enabler for incident-centric cultural change"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

Creates a safe, sandbox environment that mirrors real life closely enough for participants to learn from without the pressure of real-world incidents and the challenges that come with learning on the job. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Sometimes the drills themselves have such fidelity you can end up feeling the same stresses of a real incident; you need to make sure to take time and work through drills at a pace that allows you to relax and learn from your experience before diving into the next. "A fun and very effective way to practice stressful incident management"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The realistic incident scenario's, the different (but recognizable) personalities and seniority levels of the AI "team", the Post Incident Review exercises and the personal approach: each session is attended by a coach that gives helpful feedback and knowledgeable advice right after each exercise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

I really don't dislike anything at this point, there are new and more complex scenario's released quite often and I am curious to see what other scenario's are coming up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Fantastic use of AI to support human capabilities in a critical IT role"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The usability is self-explanatory and quickly enables teams involved in real IT major incident response, to step into their roles within the platform and practice using their skills in a safe environment. Having the solution also means it doesn't cost downtime of a client's pre-prod and lower environments to simulate and practice major incident response - which would otherwise have a knock-on impact to development teams productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

It's hard to come up with a dislike to be completely honest as the solution is revolutionary to Service Operations readiness to respond to major incidents, however I'd probably say at a push that the scenario in which the solution focuses its many major incident drills around is an online store, which would be great to adapt to other scenarios where my clients aren't in a retail environment. That being said, this scenario still utilises all the technology and stakeholders which almost all companies have regardless of their industry, so it's really not a big deal. "Excellent Resource for Strengthening Incident Response Skillsets"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

What impresses me most about Uptime Labs is how genuinely lifelike its simulations feel and how quickly they translate into measurable growth. The moment a scenario launches, the Slack workspace comes alive with fast-moving alerts, impatient stakeholders, and the occasional curveball that mimics production chaos better than any tabletop exercise I have experienced. That authenticity matters: because the environment behaves as my real systems and colleagues would, I stay fully immersed and practice under conditions that mirror the pressure of an actual outage while knowing customers remain unaffected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Uptime Labs delivers impressive value, yet my initial impressions are the scenario library skews toward classic web application outages, so expanding into hardware failures, complex Kubernetes networking glitches, or multi-cloud identity misconfigurations would better reflect the breadth of issues we see in the industry. "Excellent Simulation of Incidents"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

I will put an anecdote for this, when we were going through these sessions, some of my colleagues thought it was real person behind Jeff when it was bot. That's how real the incident room is. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Well actually not a lot. The only thing I wish for is to have their SRE kind of module integrated with incident management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Raising the Bar for Major Incident Management"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

What I like best about Uptime Labs is how practical and immersive the training experience is. It’s not just theory — the platform puts you in realistic, high-pressure scenarios that mirror the challenges Major Incident Managers face in real life. This helps our team improve response times, sharpen incident handling, and break away from bad habits and common pitfalls. The training builds confidence and consistency, making it an invaluable tool for strengthening our incident response capability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

There’s nothing I’d call a ‘dislike’ about Uptime Labs. What really stands out is how open they are to feedback — they actively listen to suggestions and are quick to make thoughtful improvements. The platform is constantly evolving, with new labs being added regularly to keep the training fresh and relevant. That steady expansion of content ensures our team always has access to realistic, up-to-date scenarios that challenge and develop our skills. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Uptime Labs is a win win for business"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

Uptime Labs uses everyday/real life examples of major incidents and over time, develops muscle memory in what to look out for and who to engage with, for the numerous types of major incidents that occur. The trainers for Uptime Labs are also very easy going, easy to talk to and are great and giving advice, hints and tips, especially in the drill debriefs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Nothing major to dislike right now. Uptime Labs are also introducing new drills all the time that test knowledge and are more relevant to the work that I do. Do they take onboard and feedback and action it accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
