"Fantastic use of AI to support human capabilities in a critical IT role"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

The usability is self-explanatory and quickly enables teams involved in real IT major incident response, to step into their roles within the platform and practice using their skills in a safe environment. Having the solution also means it doesn't cost downtime of a client's pre-prod and lower environments to simulate and practice major incident response - which would otherwise have a knock-on impact to development teams productivity. What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

It's hard to come up with a dislike to be completely honest as the solution is revolutionary to Service Operations readiness to respond to major incidents, however I'd probably say at a push that the scenario in which the solution focuses its many major incident drills around is an online store, which would be great to adapt to other scenarios where my clients aren't in a retail environment. That being said, this scenario still utilises all the technology and stakeholders which almost all companies have regardless of their industry, so it's really not a big deal. "Excellent Resource for Strengthening Incident Response Skillsets"
What do you like best about Uptime Labs?

What impresses me most about Uptime Labs is how genuinely lifelike its simulations feel and how quickly they translate into measurable growth. The moment a scenario launches, the Slack workspace comes alive with fast-moving alerts, impatient stakeholders, and the occasional curveball that mimics production chaos better than any tabletop exercise I have experienced. That authenticity matters: because the environment behaves as my real systems and colleagues would, I stay fully immersed and practice under conditions that mirror the pressure of an actual outage while knowing customers remain unaffected. What do you dislike about Uptime Labs?

Uptime Labs delivers impressive value, yet my initial impressions are the scenario library skews toward classic web application outages, so expanding into hardware failures, complex Kubernetes networking glitches, or multi-cloud identity misconfigurations would better reflect the breadth of issues we see in the industry.
